Strong warriors always can see the potential of someone who seems to have something hidden, if Blast is actually a strong character seems reasonable that he have senses something unclear coming from Saitama, but it's Saitama, he's probably thinking it's all impossible, but I feel like it's because Saitama is too strong that in the level that all the heroes are at, they are not capable of sensing anything, just like that time when Ichigo got so strong that Aizen didn't notice anything, too far strong, that means Blast isn't even close to think that Saitama is the most strong person in the planet 😂

And if you follow the notion the saitama’s powers reverted back to the original point when he time travelled, then blast and saitama aren’t that far apart in power currently.
Hopefully ONE will blow us away with a long and more eventful chapter in the future, I feel like these short ones are a build up of something exciting. I'm not complaining though, this chapter was great as well.

I still think that there will be a really cool fight with Empty Void. The thing that gives it the same type of suspense as some other foes even when both Blast and Saitama are there would be to subduing him without killing him by accident. There’s also the fact that as seen with Garou that God can just straight up take the powers away and kill them as a consequence. So they have to deal with that as well
Empty Void could end up being a vessel for god, similar to Garou, but a more direct connection to him, ultimately leading to a final showdown with God at the end of the series, as Empty Void opens the portal, as an attempt to save his own life, but then God drains him of his power, in a similar way to homeless emperor, in order to revive himself completely.
Great character development, a good team is able to accomplish so much more than those same people alone even if trying to achieve the same goal, they should as a team train with our bald bullet because i notice he for the most part only fights individuals, so on top of making the their pairing much stronger they may even be able to expose holes in our caped sunshine scalps game so that he may also be able to improve. Flashy Flash has kill a lot of people, but he don´t kill civilians for the reasons that you are mentioned. The reasons he attack Saitama was because he was in hostile territory, and was a person/creature that don´t form part of the raid, and the second reason was because he was fast enought to dodge his attack. A civilian no have reason to be in such a hostyle territorry and none will dodge Flashy Flash attack.

I think empty void is gonna meet Genos first. He will win but have a mid difficulty fight (since new Genos can no diff dragon levels) before he meets saitama.
I read this and it made me think empty void is gonna somehow get blast to join him whether by tricking him or because of shared goals from the past? But that happening would take care of the scaling issue atleast for awhile without needing to resort to the dbz newer stronger opponent from space everytime that removes the feel8ng of any henuine stakes.

But in the manga, every scene lately has taken place in an empty void lately… the character designs are also a shadow of their former selves. It also seems like it’s cutting corners and the corner cutting is played off as an in universe gag, like saitama catching monako in 3 panels.
