It's pretty easy just line up everything before you click. All the keys remain in the same place you left them so it's just the matter of switching between them. Just make sure to visually line everything up and it's super easy to get through.
As hilarious as watching DSP fail at basic stuff is, I have in fact run into 1 instance of the game giving me a lock that actually could not be solved. I had been cracking master locks on a single pick no problem and then I ended up using 14 picks undoing steps to try and figure out what I was missing on this expert lock. Till I finally was sitting at the beginning and was like ok, well I never use these auto slots so I have 4 of them banked, lets just let the game give me the first few correct and I can go from there. I then hit the auto lock 4 times and the game slotted 0 picks because there literally was not a solution (it still used up those banked auto slots though, very helpful). Fortunately if you just back out and try again it gives you a brand new puzzle and that one I did no problem. So now I quicksave before any lock of expert or master level just in case, but I have not had it happen again yet.
@@MrBorisRoo Even so, I still count the new digilock system as one of the games highlights. I genuinely enjoy doing the puzzle, it does in fact require me to think to do it. I love it!
@@ClusterDSA i got stuck this weekend on the Outpost system and resource gathering, ugrading, selling ... I am 22 hrs in, and only done like 5 proper missions. God help me!
@MrJohnnyRoo I've barely touched base building. Set up a very basic one out in the lvl 75 systems to get bounty board missions from to hopefully get higher level enemy's when I do them. It's hit or miss though. Sometimes it sends me all the way back to the starting systems again. Lol
DSP is so insufferable. There's no desire for him to learn it's just constantly shitting on the game and looking at chat for the solution. He treats streaming like a 9 to 5 office job, there's no passion, just the money grind.

always start lockpicking by lining up the inside circle first then go up till the outside one- easy.
