Oh wow. Sorry to hear this...we were ok, the fod was tasty..it's true that we only ate at the main restaurant. We had no sushi or too much fish... Maybe because of the mix hight temperature - food - drinks it happened this. I didn't see anyone complaining about food (I'm not saying it didn't happen to your friend). Thank you for you nice message 🥰 if you want an advise from me: best time to visit is end of February - beginning of March. For us it was a properly holiday 😇

I think the best time to visit Egypt is end of February. not too cold, not too hot (around 25-26 degrees). We've been in 2020 at the beginning of feb and it was a little bit cold (20-22 degrees).

The changes in water can also trigger a food poisoning type reaction. Were not used to the higher mineral count in their water.
