The voice over is actually hilarious and takes the edge off from being scared hehe this has literally been the scariest of jump scares, I like hardly ever actually scream out loud, so glad this was a short one.

I dont mind the voice effect at all, after a while you don't notice and it kind of adds to the vibe. emika does it again, the sound engineering is always next level. Like Hollow always says, if you're not wearing headphones you aren't getting the full experience

Srsly can we just make that voice filter the standard for every horror game UA-camr? Over the years I just settled with the voice audio always being the loudest and the game audio and atmosphere taking the backseat. But watching this 'accident' just showed me how much of the creepy atmosphere is being lost by turning the voice Up so much. Honestly this was a cool experience, Like watching a gopro Live Stream of a Ghost Hunter while walky talking to him. So immersive.

I'm so happy you decided to upload this. I really enjoyed it! After watching a few mins of it, I really didn't notice the audio problem.
If you are wondering, this is what a lot of neighborhoods in countries in east Europe look like. Some look better, some look just like that. These are buildings built in the soviet times, and let me tell you, everything from the outside, inside the building, the graffiti, cracked paint, the layout, doors, windows, the inside of the apartments, even the furniture, carpets, flooring, walls and everything else is so realistic. This game shows it how it is man, you could visit some of these neighborhoods and probably 95% of all this could be seen if you went to countries like Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia...
And Poland 😊
You could also visit places like this in China, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan and Malaysia.

It is so funny how the person did the game, in his computer ( who you Play ) was a UA-camr who is from russia and Plays as well horror games, it was his intro. The building and neighborhood looks really like this in the european est ( Bélarus.... )

The microphone setting makes this more creepy and actually made the game engaging in some ways. It’s not terrible, but when the mic is clear it is definitely a little more enjoyable.

The voice effect actually fits the game quite nicely BUT
if you DID want to try and change it, have hope, there is a way. I’m a studio engineer / producer and as long as your voice track isn’t recorded into the audio of the game - you can boost the lows and the highs of your voice over to try and bring it back. The “telephone” effect is just the cutting of those lows and highs - try to bring them back in the EQ. Hope this helps! But it definitely fits the horror theme none the less!

I would just like to state that I'm watching this at 5am and the jumpscare at 13:35 or around then, literally shook my entire body and I sucked in so much air, I choked and my dog fell off the bed. I nearly died 😂🤍 I love the voice effect, especially when you raised your voice so don't worry too much about it.

The voice effect somehow fits for this game tone. Even though it was unintentional its amazing that this effect was on. Kinda puts me more immersed into the game.
