I don't... these cake are made for the video only.. If i was to make them for someone i would prepare them on a cake board. but like i said.. most are just for the video hence just leaving them on a the plastic (also its easier to photograph on the plastic)
Oh! My nephew would love the Mickey cake. Mickey is his absolute favorite. Do you think you could try out a "Henry Hugglemonster" cake? My other nephew's favorite. ^-^

What food coloring do you use to paint your fondant??
A mix of 2 parts gel food dye and 1 part liquid food dye (can be replaced with vodka)
You can use wilton or americolor gel food coloring.
