Sir agar muje R1 me allot hua. Or me upgradation k liye R2 me apply kru or muje vaha koi allot nai hui. To kya meri R1 ki seat secure rahegi?
Sir if clg is allotted in first round can v participate in round 3 for upgradation without participating in round 2?
