Great video lesson! I really like how you organized the lesson and the clear, concise narration. I would make a few small changes. For example, in America we ask, "What would like to drink?" rather than "for drink". (Also, what is Coca? Should Coca be plural since the order is for two?) Also, we would never say "we extremely apologize". You could say, "we sincerely apologize" or "we're extremely sorry". Overall, a great job! Well done!

Simple vocabulary, I had to set the playback speed at 1.5x 😄 really improved my listening skill much by just watching films on HBO, BOX... Watching stuffs like this on UA-cam won't help much. The difficulty level of listening is much harder and more suitable for practicing when you watch films on TV.
The video voice is more comfortable for, no need to be over. I love to learn in English Jessica, but recently I saw the new videos, it has little bit different between this. So I rarely to hear that by now. Could you make it like this video,that would be great 👍
What is coca? Is it Coca Cola? Is it cocoa (a hot chocolate with milk)? In the US we say “coke” or “a cola” for a soft drink or soda that is dark brown.
In my lessons, my students watched the first half of the video. (Because it was too long) Then I asked them these questions : For the first conversation : -Where do children want to sit? -What do the family order for drinks? For the second conversation: -Why does the girl's mother want less ice? -Which dessert does the girl want? For the third conversation: -What is the problem in this conversation?
