i can't believe kevin is retiring! i am so sad to see the old group leave! i still haven't gotten over barry leaving! best of luck to these guys. i have been a huge fan for about 15 years and i think they are so awesome
Yes, there is a song called Fliptop Twister and it was on the Primer album (1995) I had the cd and it is now so scratched up it won't play :( and they are not selling it any longer on their site.
if you still want this song, use youtube grabber (google it) and grab the video and save it on your computer. then take the video and change it into an audio file and you'll have your favorite song back
@slickwilly787 I didn't know what the Backstreet Boys were till I saw it here..Coming from a classical music fan(addict), these guys have more potential with their voices and have talent..But, what is so wrong with the others? I heard a couple of songs, although I cut off from that music, and I don't find them that bad.
about elliott's voice, the more i listen to these guys, the more i feel that his voice stands out pretty good. you can really pick it out from the harmony. the current acapella, however, except scott's falsetto, they all sound kinda the same. =.,=
It certainly can be more difficult as far as breath control because it takes a lot of air and diaphragm control. Don't know that they get paid more, though. XD I think that Jeff's putting a lot of effort into it in this case, but a lot of it also depends on technique; poor technique when beatboxing requires more air and gives less time to breathe. I speak on this from experience, having done several performances as a beatboxer, individually and in a group.
i am a tenor or a high tenor, and i'm a dude. i can also be a baritone. i can't be a bass, that's way toooooooo low for me. and for a vocal precussionist, with a little practice, i could be one
He wasn't actually the 2nd Bass, he was the Baritone/2nd Tenor. There is a difference as Barry Carl was the Bass, and the Bass is the Foundation of the rhythm along with the Drums & Percussion, whereas the Baritone is a lower harmony that goes lies below the Tenor and High Tenor, as it were.
The last half second of this song is my favorite that fading harmony incredible.

Backstreet Boys owe everything to Rockapella. They are the original badass boy group. If you don't count the Four Seasons, and those barber quartets.
@slickwilly787 yea these are awesomee
Unlike some people commenting here, I am capable of liking the Backstreet Boys, Rockapella, and have manners.
way to good :O
That sounded good.

i would have been unhappy being elliot, the two tenors kept getting the solos. i imagine that's why he would have left

I like Kevin too. I love his voice. But don't like the current group...just the older ones like this one. Saw this one live.
