i was also gaining weight because i kept eating snacks while study online , then i realised i wasn't hungry but i wanted to chew something
so i start to chew sugarfree bubble gum instead, and it helps a lot , nobody asked btw hahaha~~

Senior year is the mental-draining phase indeed. I was busy reading bunch of journals and books, summarized, took notes, had deep-thought for the quality of the thesis, hectic as hell since I was an assistant lecturer at that time. But be strong, it will ended soon. 화이팅 하세영~

Well it's not about cold or hot, it's about boosting your metabolism and both cold or hot water does same thing, and I've watched South Koreans they usually drink chilled water so there's nothing wrong in that, we can drink in both ways!

if you use lemons as a whole/ the zest of them make sure to buy organic ones! since otherwise you'd be getting all the pesticides used to grow the lemons into your water (same goes for tea leaves btw)
