  • September and the start of a new school year is a time of renewal and an opportunity for me to reset and focus on looking after myself a bit better after a long summer with kids and having no time to myself!
    PART 1: WELLBEING BASICS

    Nutrition
    Reducing Screentime
    Pretty obvious but there’s room for improvement on all of these for me. I’ll be sharing my progress daily on my Instagram stories alongside a series of videos here.

    Sounds like wonderfully positive and healthy intentions. May you follow through with these steps, before you know it you won’t be able to live without regular exercise, good hydration and nutrition. Exercise in and of itself will help to regulate almost everything else- sleep, mood, appetite, digestion, energy, etc… good luck and thanks for sharing.❤

    Go carnivore for a few months. A long time ago you mentioned you wanted to lose weight. Regarding late night screen time I would love tips on reducing my screen time.
