I like the detail of that tutorial. But it's rather advanced, considering the first tutorial, which was very basic. Using 6+ layers and a brush to blend the colors (instead for example a multi-layer CEL shading) is quite some step. But this way, everyone can take away the parts that he wants to focus on. Appreciate the effort. Keep it up!

Oh wow I really love color theory! Sometimes people use a multiply layer to shade. And I don’t like it ( basically multiply is making the color more darker and that’s it, I don’t like how muddy people color XD)

The techniques are really good, although im using a different application called Krita (it's a really good alternative for photoshop), i can still apply what i learnt from here. Though my colouring still sucks big time WHERE DID I GO WRONG 😂

It does work for CSP! I use CSP primarily now using the same method. I just use the default opaque watercolor brush and adjust the hardness, density of paint, and color stretch depending on what feels good for the scenario. The settings change per every situation so I can't give you an exact value xD

I don't get it at 4:25 You keep saying your going to move it closer to the blue, over and over, and then you move it farther away from the blue, as you're still saying "closer" to the blue. huh?
Just think of the red hue at the bottom as if it's connected to the other red hue at the top, he wants to move the color closer to the blue area, but without passing through the yellow section, that's why he's moving to the bottom red, sorry if it doesn't make sense, it's kinda hard to explain :/
I didn't like how you "separated" the ponytail from the rest of the hair. It just feels like the back of the neck is glowing purple. I'd paint that with warmer colors, because all the shadows here are warm
