Hi Nakshu… thanks for giving a healthy choco cake… i tried in cooker came out well…1. I wanted to try the same in oven… what is the temperature and timing for the same… ? 2. When I tried I used coconut oil and it got freezed when added in cold water... Ur suggestion on this ?

Just baked this cake...it's the best chocolate cake recipe I've tried so far...the cake was delicious, mild, airy, spongy and wat not ? ... The best recipe for calorie watchers. You just proved that cakes doesn't need eggs, milk, maida, etc which adds up extra calories. Kudos to you Nakshatra ❤ also share the recipe of vanilla sponge.

Just thought should make a chocolate truffle cake as it has been a while but I hesitated as it would not be healthy. and then when I opened youtube, your video popped up. I was so happy that a cake could be made deliciously in a healthy way that too without oven !!!
There is still white sugar in this cake so definitely not healthy. However, all cakes are not healthy if eaten in excess. Having a piece or two occasionally is absolutely fine.
