What if Midas was trying to get rid of it so we wouldn’t have to fight for our lives against other people and the storm, what if when you saw the “vision” you were seeing the place where they conduct the simulation or something, that would be why Jonesy is one of the main/original characters, AND in the vision, Jonesy he looks less buff then he does in the game, which could mean they made him a character in the game since he is supposedly one of the creators of the simulation, IDK this is just my theory so plz don’t hate on it

I always loved the agency, I hate the authority. The agency is bright, reminds me of polar peak and ma boi Midas has the good drum gun, and the authority is dark, ugly and Jules has a weapon worse than the gold smgs.
My theory is that when Jonesy said "How long do you think it'll hold" he was talking about the storm barrier holding in the water. When the flood happens it will wipe out all of the named locations and when all of them are gone there willnonly be a blank chapter 2 map, so in the cut scene before next season it will show the flood and the people of fortnite rebuilding. All of the season 1 POIs will come back because that is the basic stuff, that is the stuff they know how to build and is easier to build for them. Long story short it will be old points of interest on the new map layout.
If the entire map floods, that's gonna make gameplay shitty. I think it'll just flood some parts of the map, which are supposed to be Holly Hedges, Sweaty Sands, Pleasant, Frenzy Farm and Lazy Lake. The water level will go down over time and it'll reveal changed versions of those POIs.

Like maybe the tempest skin was a first test on trying to push back the storm but failed and the storm took him over. That’s why the Cyclo is an improved version of the suit and Midas didn’t want no one else to get corrupted by the storm( tempest) so he put on the suit as a selfless act. Also what if when Jonesy said “Can you hear me?” Is that we are unmuted. Agency was a whole cover up to build the device. What if Midas is one of the seven. 🤷♂️ Also what if the reason why Midas and the other skins were Top secret because they knew what he was up to and wanted to help and also If the Jonesy parts of the event was a flashback u saw On the wall he had pictures of his family maybe thats why he wants to help Midas to avenge his family or prevent their deaths idk. Ok Ik this is far far far way fetched off but what if Jonesy is the Visitor and build the rocket to take up the storm to rift it some where else because Midas failed. He’s been in a lot of season trailers and The Visitor is shocked(Jonesy) that we can hear him because he was muted like the other visitors(The Seven) maybe. me too, jonsey was saying how long will it hold? that means how long will the water in the strom hold up. i think at the start of season 3 the cyclo( whats holding up the water) will fail somehow stop working and the water will collapse and the map will flood like everyone was taling about.
