    Dlm hal ini EMOSFET, VGS hanya boleh positif dan > dari VGS thrs.hld, jadi minimal pd VGS- thrs.hld inilah batas ambang yang dpt membuat FET jadi konduktif...?!

      P channel... only biasing is opposite to what we have written for n channel E MOSFET. The operation is same.

    Sir in this don't we have Vgs -ve condition

      In n channel enhancement type mosfet we will not apply vgs -ve because this type of mosfet does not have channel. If we apply vgs +ve the electrons in p substrate will accumulate below gate and form a channel and the conduction starts. If we apply vgs -ve channel will not form and mosfet will not operate.

    Sir what is meant by pitch off voltage

      Pinch off voltage is the drain to source voltage after which the drain to source current becomes almost constant and JFET enters into saturation region
