Does this mean that if I wanted to use 5 capbreakers to get 95 midrange, I would be forced to upgrade my free throw to 70 which is the corresponding dependent minimum for a 95 midrange ? I don't know for sure, but Im not gonna be the first to find out and get fucked over. I'd love to hear if anyone knows for sure how capbreakers work.

Nope, cap breakers only go to individual attributes, nothing else changes.
