That's the new set 2pc - increase dmg dealt to enemies with debuff by 12% 4pc-increases crit rate by 4%. the wearer's attacks against against enemies with at least 2/4 debuffs deal 8%/12% crit damge upon inflicting a debuff on an enemy this skill crit rate and crit damge bonuses are doubled for 1 turn
3:42 CISS is easily superimposable in Herta’s Shop, so you should say the S5 values instead: 16% crit rate, 16% additional crit rate depending on hp and 40% atk on kill
theres new relics coming in 2.0 for both ruan mei and dr.ratio but will defiently try the new follow up attk set on him , about lightcones not sure i may give him one of the 4 stars, i wish we can get more copies of the 5 star in herta shop one day bc i dont want to remove it from the character currently runing it, dr. ratio seems very fun to use while we try him in the quest and his best damage seems to be coming from his follow up which happen pretty often

Honestly I think I’m just going to roll for Blackswan’s banner instead of Dr.Ratio, just so I can save up for her, and possibly get her book. If worse comes to worse, I lose the light cone 50/50, and hopefully get a hunt path or harmony 5 star book. Then again, I’d hate to lose my 50/50 on blackswan, even if I’m dying to have Bronya for team comps :,)
@@zubaedhossain4015tbh, I completely think it would be good! Okay, nvm, the light one Yanqing has seems better than Topaz’s imo. Completely build ratio with it. My only advice would be to make sure your Dr.Ratio as a spd stat of 100 at the minimum, but if anything closer to around 120-130 spd because you’d gain attack and skill dmg by 6%, and crit dmg of the characters ultimate by 12%, which is super op for hunt characters that tend to need either high attack, crit, and or spd.
Dont worry about relics. There is a new set coming out in 2.0 just for him. Dont waste trying to pre-farm good relics. Not sure if new ornaments are coming though, so maybe go farm them instead.

Though I don’t deny the fact that there’s a pretty high chance of getting new artifacts. My only question though is: you are talking about Dr. Ratio and Screwllum’s kits after mentioning 2.0 yes? I just want to get my facts straight, because imagine a 4pc set that gave us 8/12% CRIT dmg increase based on debuffs XD
Yep! For clarification: the 4pc has stacks based on hits on follow-up attacks, and all stacks disappear before you can stack it using multiple FUA Because of that, Ratio can only have 1 stack of 6% atk out of max 48%

This doesn’t even account for the base increase of crit rate by 18%, which is nice as hell if you have a balanced artifact set :,)
