I got a question i pulled the timming belt of my 300zx without putting the engine on top dead center but i put the engine again to top dead center and lign the timming marks on sprockets with marks on back plate cover or what do i need to do or check that is done correct cause i accidently took the belt witout alogning the marks

lol it probably looks like that on video. But looking straight on they are perfectly aligned. Skip to the last video of the series and listen to her start up. Timing is on point with my timing light as well. If it was truly off she would run horribly if at all
I must have gotten lucky, my crank sprocket popped off easily and i see horror stories everywhere about these.

Hold up I already did my valve covers … I don’t take the plenum off again just to tighten the sprockets to spec

What kit/s did you all use
I found out that piecing everything together was a lot cheaper than the kits available

Dude the marks are off by like a teeth all of them
