I have used freeyond for a long time and let me say, for the price no one should complain about anything. The phone is too cheap. If you need great features, then spend more money. Following was my experience with it. - The phone is not waterproof, be careful - Uses LTE and not standard 4G (LTE is also relatively faster) - The camera is not great but okay for the price - Uses Android 12 (Go edition) - screen 6.5" - Refresh rate: 60HZ - Processor: Spreadtrum UniSoC SC9863A1 - Processor Speed: 1.6GHz - Memory: (Ram 2GB/ROM 64GB) / (Ram 3GB/ROM 128GB) - Charger: USB Type C, NOT fast charge - Not suitable for demanding games. - if any part your phone is damaged, that's the end of your phone. For example, if phone screen breaks for some reasons, that's the end of the phone. Freeyond has not yet rolled out their service center so their accessories are not available anywhere in the world as for the date of this comment. This may be a available in future but I will update my comment. In conclusion, the phone is great "FOR THE PRICE" but not the best. Thank you.

There's a double sim slot on the side where you use the pin provided to open and you add a sim of your choice
