the fact that I was pulled in first by hongjoong and then san+hwa became my biases. then I heard they were called the demon line and was like you know what that makes sense and this says a lot about me 💀
this is such a perfectly timed video!! i'm a carat and i've been watching all your seventeen reactions, but i literally started getting into ateez yesterday and i'm already obsessed
Hahaa that’s awesome! Yeah I feel like both groups have different sounds and styles so I feel like it’d be a nice contrast on the channel and I loved what I checked out so far(:
The voice you mention in each video is Jongho (youngest and strongest). They performed Wonderland on Kingdom Legendary War and he hit a 4 octave note. One of my most fav 4th gen voices. But Seonghwa is till the bias.😘
Yeah his voice is absolutely insane, I love that quality he has to it, really brings in a lot of emotion. Seonghwa definitely got my attention too haha
Hahaa I’ve liked everything I’ve heard so far so I’m looking forward to hearing and watching their other stuff! I like that there are so many unique voices throughout the group cause it gives such a nice mix. Would be interested in learning/looking into the storyline cause it does seem like they incorporate it a lot. Thank you for telling me each of the members! Haha I feel like I can point them out decently and apparently my eyes just found Seonghwa every time😂 definitely would love to check out their choreo and stuff too to see how well they dance as a unit. Thanks!(:
Even more crazy is that Jongho (main vocal) belts those insane notes live too, full chores and everything 😩 loved this reaction and look forward to more, from another Caratiny!
First you started checking out seventeen one of my ult groups and now you are checking out one of my biased groups ATEEZ this is great. I remember when I first got into ATEEZ and how I was so appalled that there were such performers like this that existed. They are insane I love this group so much.
Haha I love how many Carats are also all for ATEEZ! I love their style and the sound that they do, especially with the way they make their instrumentals. Wanna definitely check out more from them and see the variety they can do(:
@@sonjat3870 right lol, as a hardcore atiny who just recently became a carat i love the relationship between atinys and carats because there's never any fanwars between us, just friendly competition and love
Yay!! So happy ur checking out Ateez too!! :D they have a pirate concept which explains why you got “sea chanting” vibes from Wonderland xD you’ll probably notice hints of that concept with some of their releases. Even their Lightstick is a compass which looks rly nice! Hope to see more Ateez on this channel! :D
Yeah I can definitely see that, I think it’s really cool and gives them a unique feel that makes them stand out as a group. Looked up their light stick and it looks so cool and pretty at the same time haha. Definitely would love to check out more of their stuff cause I liked everything I heard so far(: thanks!
@@KaileeDanielle they sort of have a general "adventurer" concept now since their story line focuses on time/universe travel (its intense lmao) but they started with a pirate concept which plays into one of the "universes"
I recommend watching their music videos in chronological order. I think that's the easiest way to follow along. And don't worry about understanding the story line at first. Once you watch the mvs, pay attention to the lyrics a little bit, you'll get there in the end. There are also ytb videos that explain the story, if you want to see those after.
Hahaa yeah I’m really interested in the storyline stuff but will go into it slowly or my brain will probably explode😂 but will for sure try my best cause I genuinely wanna learn more about all the connections and stuff after I go through their discography(:
Thanks for the reaction and for the storyline, if you want to understand more, it explains pretty much in their diary entries, and the movement trailers are explains the guerrilla mv as well. I hope you react more ATEEZ^^
@@KaileeDanielle some people usually post scans of the diary entries on their twt so look over there if you wanna read those But I will say that only Fever series and World (the new series that they just started with Guerrilla) are the only ones with diary scans so don’t stress about not being able to find any from Treasure n whatnot I’d also suggest you check out the Diary Film that they released alongside ZERO : FEVER Part.1 to help you understand their storyline better. It should be on their UA-cam channel But basically there are parallel dimensions that have different versions of ATEEZ,, so HALA HALA, Wonderland, and Answer all happen in the same universe, while Deja Vu and Guerrilla are in another one Also the version of ATEEZ know as HALATEEZ/the Black Pirates we’re in HALA, Answer, and the end of Guerrilla,, that’s why they were wearing the same black and silver outfits in HALA HALA and Answer 😉 but like all of their songs are connected so all of the MVs you saw were storyline related, I think you asked about that a couple times while watching some of the MVs I hope this helps in some way!! Have a good day^^ Btw they’re storyline is very confusing so I don’t blame you if you don’t understand it all rn,, atiny are also very lost lol
I am also both Seventeen and Ateez fan hahahha We are called Caratiny! (Carat + Atiny). Carats and Atiny have a friendly relationship with each other. Ateez also really loves Seventeen. Seonghwa is also my bias! He is such an amaizing person. He is so funny too! But Yeah his visuals are insane
Hahaa I love that! Definitely a supporter of the multi fandoms and I absolutely love Seventeen so I’d love to get more into this group too(: hahaa got a lot of Seonghwa biases here, I can see why 😂
Ateez deserves to be successful. They are one of the most talented groups EVER in my opinion. They are all excellent performers, vocalists, dancers. Love Mingi and Hongjoongs raps too. Ateez doesn't lack anything!
They are definitely an amazing group of young men. Talented, great performers, and personally very kind and humble. Can't wait for more people to discover their immense talent.
Yay, ATEEZ! I want to point out something you may not have noticed--Seonghwa has a wide vocal range. He sings in falsetto at 10:11 and much lower here 16:57. He raps too. The fandom thinks so highly of Answer that they refer to it as Queen Answer. You caught Jongho's lovely ad libs going into the last chorus, I thought you might like this 30 sec clip of him recording that part ua-cam.com/video/pdRZN80Tvfc/v-deo.html Notes about other versions: ATEEZ performed a version of Wonderland for Kingdom Legendary War that was named kpop performance of the year by Genius Korea: Symphony 9 From the Wonderland. For Halloween, they gifted us the vampire version of DejaVu. It's a must see. If you want to learn a bit about the story line, their company dropped the following videos (some are 30 seconds) to help get people caught up on this part of the story. ATEEZ Wake Up, The World ua-cam.com/video/1h8alt7d4OI/v-deo.html ATEEZ The World Movement Trailer 1 ua-cam.com/video/O7Tc4sW2gho/v-deo.html ATEEZ The World Movement Trailer 2 ua-cam.com/video/MXlPrPBylB4/v-deo.html Guerrilla Official MV Teaser 1 ua-cam.com/video/Sse0wqqJZsw/v-deo.html Guerrilla Official MV Teaser 2 ua-cam.com/video/3fTUVjrwlcQ/v-deo.html Because of the song's you selected, you think of ATEEZ as intense which they certainly can be. If you had chosen Wave, Dreamers, Be My Lover (with KJK) and Turbulence, you'd think of them completely differently. I really liked how you picked up on subtle parts of the music. Thanks for the great reaction!
Ah thank you so much!(: Yeah I’d love to get to know their individual voices more so I can fully appreciate them! Can tell that each member has their own style already though which is so nice. Not even kidding Deja Vu is my favorite but Answer has been on repeat since I filmed this a couple days ago and I can’t get over how good the vocals and instrumental is especially. Can see why it’s so highly praised. Thanks so much for the links and list of everything! It’s wicked helpful. Yeah I’ve seen a few other people mention their other softer/more vocal heavy tracks which I am all for checking out as I love a good ballad especially. For sure will watch more MVs to get a better feel for the different styles they try out. I’m all about the behind the scenes stuff whether it be on the audio or visual side so I try to pick up on as much as I can in the song and video, will definitely miss a lot but I try my best while still just enjoying the music haha. Thanks again!(:
ateez is known for their edgier side which is why their softer side is often overlooked. I hope u explore their whole discography bc it is very diverse. this is due to the fact that they are one of the most versatile groups in all of kpop.
Definitely going to be going through all their MVs and then some albums so will definitely see the variety. Can’t wait to hear a ballad cause with their vocals I can imagine how great it’d be. Looking forward to checking out some lives and stuff too. Can’t wait to continue getting into their music cause I’ve enjoyed everything so far, thanks!(:
Wahhh, Ateez! I love that you're getting into them! They are one of the most insane groups when it comes to performing and stage presence, so I would definitely recommend checking out some live stages (if you can't do it on youtube because of copyright, do it on your own, because you definitely need to see Ateez's infamous 'demon line' (Hongjoong, Seonghwa and San) and their facial expressions on stage, because it's A LOT lol. I saw Ateez live earlier this year, it was my very first kpop concert and I couldn't have asked for a better one, their performance lowkey changed my life. Like, no cap lol. You are already very good at recognizing the members that you did point out! Hongjoong (who is the leader), Yeosang and Seonghwa were all correct! (and congrats on your taste, damn, Seonghwa is my bias as well and you pointed him out immediately lol). Jongho is the one with the insane belty voice (he's the maknae, 2000 liner). I would recommend watching some of his covers or other live performances by him to get the full effect of why he is being called one of the best vocalists of the 4th generation. The deep voiced rapper is Mingi and the one where you said you like his dancing (he has a blond undercut in Guerilla) is San. San is a lot of people's bias lol, I think he's probably the most biased member, because of his INSANE stage presence and transcendent visuals. Their storyline is honestly still very complex for me and I've been an Atiny for over 2 years lol. It's a lot to do with doppelgangers and finding your own identity, this new comeback has a lot of 'breaking out of an oppressive society and leading a revolution' vibes and overall, the pirates theme always run through everything. It's not mutiverse or space-y, but it does have fantasy elements and every time you see the 'man in black', aka the black costume with the hat, you know that storyline ish is going down lol. Other people will be able to explain the storyline stuff better :p If you want to hear some more lighter stuff from them vs all these hard hitting ones, I suggest Wave, Aurora, Eternal Sunshine and for something on the ballad-ier side, I recommend Turbulence. But all their songs are so fantastic, I really hope you watch some more on the channel!! PS: Ateez are also just such good vibes as people. They have really, really strong friendship bonds, there's only 2 years between oldest and youngest member, so they're all really close. They care about social causes and equal rights and Hongjoong in particular is such a fighter for the marginalized and such a good leader. So yeah, they'd be a good choice to stan, if anyone is interested :)
Yeah I am so excited to watch some of their live stages cause you can tell they have a lot of stage presence already. I’ve been hearing about this “Demon Line” and now I’m worried cause why is it all the members that caught my attention the most😂 Thanks for pointing out the members! Feel like I can tell a few of them and will definitely get more familiar as I continue watching their stuff. Thankfully it’s only 8 members so should be a bit easier haha I do find the whole lore of the storyline they have going on really interesting and that’s totally my style so eventually wanna get into it! Even though I’m ganna be confused as hell haha Also yes! Thank you for the lighter recommendations cause I wanna see their versatility with their sound and different genres Ah I love to hear that. When groups sound this good and you like their music it’s just such a nice thing to hear that they’re actually good people and genuine. Love that and would love to get to know more about them!(:
@@KaileeDanielle For a full effect of the demon line in action, I recommend the special Halloween stage they did for Wonderland at M Countdown, it is COMPLETELY INSANE lol. Here's two random facts about Ateez that I absolutely love. The first is that Hongjoong sent an audition tape to his company unprompted and they had never really had idol trainees before, so they forgot about him for like a year until someone remembered him and signed him. Then he was like the ONLY trainee of his company for a while until one by one, his future members started showing up. He literally had so much trust and faith in his company that it would work and their relationship seems really built on mutual trust. And the other story is that Wooyoung and Yeosang became trainees together at Big Hit when they were 15 (they trained with TXT members, Wooyoung and TXT's Yeonjun literally call each other 'darling' lol) and they became such good friends there and went through so much that they promised each other that they'd debut together, no matter what happens. So then when Yeosang left Big Hit and joined KQ, he waited and once Wooyoung also left, Wooyoung joined KQ to be with Yeosang again so they could be together, no matter what. You will hear about their iconic 8-year friendship a lot when you get into them even just a little lol. Wooyoung is such a social butterfly though, he has a lot of ~loves lol, incl San (WooSan is Ateez's iconic ship :p), TXT's Yeonjun, Stray Kids's Changbin, Golden Child's Tag, etc etc lol.
Thank you soo much for this reaction!!! It was really fun to watch^^ And yeah you were right: the vlack outfits in Answer are the same ones they wear in Hala Hala^^ All of their MVs are somehow connected to their storyline! But don't worry it tales a while to grasp of the story line^^ And it would be so nice to see your reaction on songs like - Turbulance - Eternal Sunshine - Fireworks - Aurora (written by Hongjoong) and there are still so much more^^
Just thought I'd catch up with your channel, and i found this one, your first Ateez experience, Kool to see how you have grown in so many ways. Thanks for your commitment and dedication to this amazing group Ateez💜💯
It's funny you mentioned the pirate vibes Wonderland was giving. They did a performance of it on Kingdom, mixing the song with a famous classical piece that literally sounds like the soundtrack of Pirates of the Caribbean. Highly recommend you to check that out! All of their Kingdom performances are breathtaking. Ateez live is one of the main reasons I got around to being their fan, other than all of their amazing personalities. Like others have said, the dance practices for them are amazing. Wonderland and Guerrilla have some of the most hard hitting choreos I've ever seen. I could ramble on about them forever lol. Just know, I'm ready to drop all sorts of lists of their content if need be, converting people to join this fandom is my calling!
Ah I’ve heard so much about these Kingdom performances and now I just wanna watch all of them😂 definitely wanna check out some dance practices and lives and everything! Hahaa hey I’m all for it😂 probably don’t need much convincing though cause I’ve loved everything so far lol
@@KaileeDanielle Haha yup! Although if you're planning on reacting to the Kingdom performances I'd be careful with getting copyrighted since I've seen a lot of youtubers get their vids taken down😭
everyone in ateez has good voices, including the rappers, who appear singing in several songs as well. they are an extremely talented group, visuals, vocals, dance, good discography, stage presence, facial expressions, insane performance, I can say without hesitation that they are the most complete group of their generation. they are amazing
Yeah already I feel like they’re so versatile especially with the mix of rapping and vocals, it just works so well together and their dancing is on another level. Can’t wait to eventually get to their performances as I’ve heard so much about how amazing they are👌🏼
You will find that it's very hard to pick 1 or 3 biases in Ateez!! Especially when you get to know them more and really get to hear how talented they are. They ALL have great vocals. It's 8 makes 1 bias! lol
Going back to your Ateez playlist and watching these in one go. Love your journey!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ hopefully you enjoyed or will enjoy the concert. Can’t wait to hear back from you after !!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Oh jeeze😂 thank you so much but I’m so sorry they’re probably awkward and don’t sound great haha but I hope you enjoy 🤷🏼♀️ I honestly would be interested to go back and see how I reacted to everyone and certain parts that I know now. It’s definitely been a journey haha pretty short but we dove right in lol so excited for the concert and will definitely be sharing the experience with you guys(:
Seeing people getting into Ateez is one of the things I love the most, they are a group of all rounders and are known as the best performers of 4th gen with their insane stage presence (which is why I suggest you to check out some live performances, especially Hala Hala and Wonderland from Kingdom because that one performance is LEGENDARY). Great reactions and here's some little unrequested info. The guy that you noticed the most and successfully identified is Seonghwa and he is the oldest one of the group (and also my bias, along with San which is the guy with the beautiful voice and blonde hair in Guerrilla), the one with the belty voice is Jongho and he is the maknae of the group and also the vocal king, you will hear a lot of high notes by him and the rapper with the deeper tone is Mingi. You successfully recognized also Hongjoong, which is along with Mingi the rapline of the group (Seonghwa also occasionally gets rapping parts because he auditioned as a rapper but instead became a vocalist cuz his voice is hella beautiful). Another thing about Hongjoong is that he is the leader of the group, and considering they have a pirate concept he is called captain instead of leader. Can't wait to see you exploring more of their music and I'm glad you liked everything so far :)
Yeah you can tell right away that this is a group that kills it when they’re on stage so I’m looking forward to seeing that. Thanks for pointing out/describing the members so I get them right! I feel like there’s such a balance in this group of vocals and rapping, and they each within those groups have their own individual style which is so nice to have and I liked every one of them. Jongho’s voice is no joke, top tier vocals right there. San idk something about him makes me feel like he’s ganna end up being an issue for me down the line😂 I love the trade off between Mingi and Hongjoong especially cause it’s such a nice mix. Can’t wait to check out more of their stuff and see the different styles they try out!(:
@@KaileeDanielle Girl that's so understandable, San is an issue for the 90% of the Atinys (and the remaining 10% probably lies about San not being an issue for them😂) it doesn't matter whether you're a guy or a girl, he will always have that charisma that hooks you up and as a man I can confirm that, same goes for Seonghwa in my case😂and it's interesting that you figured it out at the first reaction lol. Can't wait for more Ateez content
@@keyphoenix9012 Well apparently he just has that vibe to him cause I felt it haha but I’ve been also hearing about this ‘demon line’ and now I’m worried to continue😂 excited to listen to more though!(:
The two beauties you pointed out were Seonghwa and Yeosang. Seonghwa gives me the same vibes as Mingyu from Seventeen in terms of looks. He looks good no matter what. Also, like Seventeen, ATEEZ is another group up there on my ranking list. Their music is always so good and their bsides are just as good too.
Hahaa yeah their visuals are honestly breathtaking. They definitely stood out a lot to me. Looking forward to checking out their other tracks, would love to hear a slower style from them too!(:
yes please react to more! I like the other suggestion of going through the discography in order but if you want to hear another side of them they actually have a lot of calmer / slower songs (mostly b-sides). early on their albums had a tropical edm sound to them, which is in the treasure series of albums, then the fever series experimented with a lot of different genres, now we are at the ‘World’ series and it’s more hard hitting. I like that you also picked up on how their music has a lot of sounds within it but still flows well. they’ve had an in-house producing team since debut and all their songs flow very well even with various changes. I think that’s why I like their music so much and the lyrics always have meaning. I am glad you reacted to them and hope to see more
Hahaa thank you for the info! I like how they experiment and try out the different styles like that. Yeah instrumentals that add in that little bit of something extra is so nice and I really like that they seem to do that a good amount. It for sure flows amazingly especially from their rapping tempo into the more melodic vocal choruses. Usually I’m one to always look at lyrics but they got me with the vocals and visuals that I couldn’t pay enough attention to them lol but will for sure going forward. Excited to check out more!
Love the video! With all your comments on instrumentation, I think you’d really like their live stages. For many of their special performances, they remix with classical music, resulting in some really cool arrangements. Symphony Wonderland, Wave Overture, Answer Ode to Joy, and Dona Eis Requiem are some of the classical crossover stages. Also, Seonghwa and Yeosang are my biases, so it’s always nice to see others showing them some love☺️
Oh dude that’s right up my alley! I’d loveeee to see those haha thanks for letting me know(: They definitely stood out to me so I’m interested to watch more from the group as well as non music stuff to see who mine will eventually be(:
Yay I'm glad you've checked out Ateez ! I've been obsessed with them lately. They're so talented!! My bias is Hongjoong (captain) but everyone is a wrecker really 🔥❤️ You should check out live performances soon Idk if you'll survive 🤭
Hahaa I get that😂 can’t wait to get into live stuff soon as I’ve heard so much about their performances but yeah definitely have been told I might not survive so I’m worried but excited haha
i love your reactions to seventeen and im so happy you're reacting to another of my favorite groups! I promise you will not regret checking them out they're so amazing 💗
It's the first time I've stumbled across your channel. Even though it is on the smaller side you put such emphasis on an amazing quality (sound, camera, background) and knowledgeable comments while you are super attentive. Wish you all the best!
I am glad you have watched the ATEEZ mv's they are all great songs the one you mentioned with the raspy rap is calling Mingi and the other one you were drawn to was Seonghwa those to are my bias
its the first time that i watched your video and i love how you pick up and comment on so many things and details that caught your attention! Also your voice is very calming its great listening to you 😊
Aw thanks so much!(: love the making of music just as much as listening so I’m always interested in details haha don’t always catch everything but try my best.
Definitely wanna keep checking out their music and learning more about them so will for sure be seeing them on here and thanks for supporting the channel(:
Not me internally crying of happiness because you pronounced all their names right on the first try😩 Also the MV choices you picked out for this first reaction video are IMMACULATE so mad respect
Hahaa thank you😂 was so happy that I got their names right and the videos I chose were mostly recommended so glad everyone led me in the right way haha I was so happy cause I loved literally every one of them
10:22 Exactly what happens when you see Seonghwa haha Not only is he beautiful & have an amazing voice, he’s so kind too! He’s the same one you pointed out in Wonderland.
ateez is just so different from any other group I have came across to ever sense I got into Kpop around 2016, they have their own sound and they never disappoint me.
Ateez are really such a talented band, they give a good quality, I’ve never been able to stan any band after bts but here iam going crazy over ateez , glad you liked their music I hope you can react to more of their songs , it’s really so good . Good luck and keep going
Thank you!(: glad to hear so many good things about these guys. I loved the songs I heard and I’m excited to hear even more as I know that they do a wide range of styles and definitely interested in checking out some of their dance practices and lives too👌🏼
omg Hongjoong (the leader of the group) is my fav. Literally, the first time seeing them Hongjoong caught my attention, I'll be going to their concert soon!!
He definitely caught my attention with the way he raps, I really like how he phrases things and the way he uses his voice makes him stand out, I love it. Ahhh I hope you have fun! I think I saw they’re going on tour around October/November right? Can’t imagine how crazy ticket sales are lol
The thing you talking about at the end of wonderland, they have series they do. When they first debut they debut with Treasure Ep. 1, I forgot the rest of the name, but it was a series. Then when that one came to an end they did the Fever series, Fever pt.1, Fever pt.2, Fever pt.3, and Fever Epilogue. Their latest comeback is the start of their new series. The World Ep. 1 Movement.
Woah I just discovered your channel and you really keep up which I love so much ( also I am a baby atiny and baby carart so I am excited to watch your reactions)

Loved your reaction!!! More ateez on your channel pls!! Also, I won't be recommending any vids since there's a lot who did already. Anddd i feel so happy that my bias Seonghwa caught your attention every MV!!
Hahaa thank you! Yeah off first look he definitely stood out a lot too me. Visually and vocally. Have heard tons of good things about their lives so I’m excited to check them out. More will definitely be coming soon!
Thank you for taking a chance on ATEEZ 🙂 Because of my age (mid 30's) I find it a little weird to listen to 4th gen groups and wouldn't go as far as to call myself a fan (I'm already an E.L.F at heart), but dayum, ATEEZ and their music is just too unique and good, so I can't deny being a fan 😅 I hear and enjoy a lot of different kpop (mainly male groups) from all four generations, and ATEEZ really, really stand out from the kpop norm and that's one of the things I love about. That and then they have, personality and group wise, just some of the same chaotic and fun energy, as my other favorite group 😊 ATEEZ is very diverse in their music as well, as they are experimental with their sound. As you've noticed, they put in elements of classical instruments, which is super cool. They let themselves inspire but all kind and gernes. You'll probably be able to spot every genre, when you go through their discography 😉 'Answer' is probably my favorite. That and 'Wonderland' is what caught and drew me in, when I saw their performances on 'Kingdom: Legendary war'. Oh yeah, you noticed their all good dancers... girl... they're probably THE best kpop performers out there. Their stage presence is 🤯 If you see those 'Kingdom' performances, you'll know what I mean... KQ entertainment only have one other group, which is the 2nd generation group Block B (which is really, really good too!), ATEEZ leader HongJoong was a Block B fan, which is why he applied at KQ 😉 KQ is currently working on their third boy group, preparing for KQ fellas 2. Their reality training show, which ATEEZ was part of too. If you ask me, KQ is probably one of the best companies. For several reasons. They seem to really take care of their artists, at least the groups and yes, they make really, really unique, interesting and beautiful MV's. If you see Block B's MV's you'll see this too. BTW, if you're Carat, if you haven't already, you should check out SUPER JUNIOR (my other favorite group 😉). SEVENTEEN and SUPER JUNIOR are pretty close. Some of the SEVENTEEN members has even been on a show, which two SUPER JUNIOR members have, two times 😉 Both Block B and SUPER JUNIOR and 2nd generation kpop groups and probably my favorites from that generation, also very distinct from that time. SUPER JUNIOR had their 11th comeback a month ago and Block B is still somewhat active too. Their leader ZICO released new solo music recently. He is a rapper, so it's that style and very good 😊 Have fun! From baby unni elf-tiny 💙
The other voice you really liked was San (blonde in the last video). Jong Ho is the main vocalist with the big voice- he’s got the best voice of the 4th Generation groups, by far. Look up “Kingdom, Legendary War” to see some impressive performances by him, especially in the Mayfly Vocal Unit and the “Wonderland” performance. Mingi is the other rapper. He went on medical hiatus about a year ago, so he’s missing during Kingdom. So glad you found our boys; their colors are so unique in K-pop!
Yeah I really like his voice, all of them though are all top tier either it be in vocals or the rapping. I’ve heard so much about the Kingdom performances so I’m wicked excited to watch some. Yeah Mingi has such a unique tone I feel like in the industry and I love it, especially how it stands out in the group. It’s good to hear that he took that time that he needed though and I hope he feels like it helped with coming back. Can’t wait to check out more of their stuff(:
You said their names perfectly! The production company that does their videos is called Digipedi (check out "The Real" too, the production quality on that mv is movie like too). I wish I could go back to the early days of learning about them. It was so fun finding new things I love every day. Enjoy!
Ah I’m so proud of that😂 thanks for letting me know haha. Yeah the quality of their videos is so nice, the color pairings especially that they use give it a cinematic feel. Definitely getting into more of their stuff(: and same, it’s so nice getting into new groups and learning everything and discovering their different music even if I end up being wrong about certain things or mixing up members sometimes which I’ll definitely do but I’m really excited to dive deeper into everything!
You noticed our demon line - HongJoong , Seonghwa & San. They transform into something else on stage. Welcome new ATINY- enjoy the ride these are my babies that I love with all my heart!!
Of course😂 haha I can’t wait to watch some performances and see some live stages cause everyone’s been telling me they’re insane. Definitely enjoying everything so far and can’t wait to check out more from them(:
Hi! This was such a great reaction video! I definitely appreciate the fact that you literally were paying attention with whatever youre seeing, and hearing! Would love to see your reaction to Everglow if you haven't, they are a girl group under yuehua and so underrated. Few songs to start are: Bon Bon Chocolat, Dun Dun, La Di Da, First, and Pirate. They are an amazing group with immense versatility and I am pretty sure they would be so much introduced to people through you because you provide very well thought-out commentary. Thank youuu!!!!
you should definitely try to watch and react to all of ateez's kingdom stages! i love your reactions so much and how you talk so smoothly and your comments on them!
Thank you!(: have to decide on how I wanna do Kingdom stuff cause it’s been recommended a lot and I’m excited to watch them but they’ll definitely get blocked on UA-cam but we’ll for sure get to them eventually though, thanks!(:
Omgg I'm sooo happy! Thank you for your reaction ❤️🔥 Actually ATEEZ is my ult group, and the second one is SEVENTEEN This is so funny lol, but I think we have same taste girl, my fav in Ateez is seonghwa, and my bias line in seventeen are jeonghan, hoshi and dk which is almost the same as yours I hope you can react to them more, enjoy the journey!❤️ Lastly, sorry for my bad english, hehe
Hahaa thank you! Apparently we do😂 this group from what I’ve seen so far is great and I can’t wait to check out more from them. Uh your English is great by the way, don’t be sorry!
The first one you picked in answer is seonghwa my bias 😭💗 I'm happy you noticed him..also yeosang!! You have to watch a guide to discover thier personalities.. they're the opposite of thier concept 😭the sweetest cutest funniest and the most chaotic grp ever
Hahaa can’t wait to get more into their music as well as get to know them more! Have to say right after I did the first look I watched a couple interviews with them and I already love their energy👌🏼
I loved your thoughtful but heartfelt reactions and especially your appreciation of the amazing vocals in ATEEZ that are *at least* as impressive as their incredible dance/performance skills and the virtuosic discography written cohesively by the same small songwriter team EDENARY since the beginning! So really fast, since you hit upon their fascinating and very intentional color usage in their videos, I HIGHLY recommend you check out this video on ATEEZ's color theory (not to react, just because I think you'd like it) -- because it is *actually* a part of their long-form storytelling! As you probably now know, ATEEZ's story extends into multiple dimensions and different versions of them (at least two are known: normal ATEEZ and the black fedora men HALATEEZ, whom you've seen in several vids here). The red-blue color dichotomy and the other major colors that start creeping prominently into their videos after the TREASURE series are very intentionally put there by the video editors to give us hints about their still-mysterious storyline, which they are telling to us purposely out of order. Here's that color theory video: ua-cam.com/video/pTQIP273P-8/v-deo.html Also, YOU MUST see/hear what Jongho (the spectacular, belting main vocal and maknae) can do live vocally -- check out this immortal performance of theirs on Kingdom which mashes up WONDERLAND with Dvorak's New World Symphony so seamlessly you'd think the two songs were written for each other (kudos again to EDENARY who did the mix, and to Hongjoong who suggested it!): ua-cam.com/video/-uDitNeFO-I/v-deo.html Speaking of immortal performances, did you know ATEEZ's live vocals are so good that they are one of only two idol groups to EVER win the live vocal singing show Immortal Songs THREE TIMES? Mamamoo was the other one, which makes ATEEZ the only bg and 4th gen group to achieve this amazing feat, as well as the *fastest* to do it --they beat out Mamamoo in that category, and even won their very first time on the show with this unbelievable, burn-the-house-down performance: ua-cam.com/video/RPaymNrtygY/v-deo.html Ah! Also, you picked up on the hidden sea chanties in the back/that show up as subtle motifs in a lot of ATEEZ's songs! The other ones that do this really beautifully are WAVE and TURBULENCE -- please try reacting to those too. ^__^ Lastly, based on the songs you liked, I highly recommend you check out ATEEZ's less-known/less-loved debut title track TREASURE, which I think is magnificent and intensely underrated. Wait, I said "last" but there are some adorable "get to know ATEEZ" vids you might want to react to, like this memorable Twister Game they played with MTV News: ua-cam.com/video/XknURO3AeJU/v-deo.html And also this adorable prank where San dresses up like an old man and crashes a dance crew performance. XD ua-cam.com/video/I10yIHDf2s4/v-deo.html
Ah thank you so much for all the info and links! Much appreciated(: I have to give props to their team whether it be production, writing, choreo, filming, they excel in every aspect which is so hard to do and have it be that cohesive but they pull it off with no problem. The way they have so much going on in the instrumentals is crazy because it all seems to fit together so well. Also the filming crew as well (videographers, director, editors, etc.) deserves so much credit for the amount of work that goes into each shot. They have such a great team and the guys themselves are amazing wether it be the vocals, rapping or dancing they all are so versatile and stand out in their own ways. So excited to start deep diving into their discography and also get to know them more individually. They’re so talented(:
@@KaileeDanielle I think a lot of ATINYs also just stop to marvel sometimes at the sheer amount of talent and good will/excitement at KQ, and how they ALL direct their remarkable creativity into this one and only band that this tiny, new agency has (which they hadn't even planned to make -- it was just that Kim Hongjoong happened to walk into their studio and they realized "we've got to build an idol band around this kid." XD) HJ's origin story at KQ is really cool too -- he was the first/only trainee for 6 months bc KQ had had no plans to have an idol band before he came to them, so at first, because he was specifically interested in songwriting/writing his own songs, they stuck him with EDEN, whom they were representing as a solo artist back then. EDEN, who had never had a student before, felt a bit put out, but he didn't want to outright reject the bright-eyed teenager eager to learn from him, so he thought of subtly discouraging him by handing him a list of 200 music composition terms that very first day and telling him to have them all memorized by the next day. He thought that would put HJ off, but HJ shocked him by coming in the next day having memorized all 200 and passing EDEN's quizzing (bc he'd stayed up all night to memorize them. XD). So EDEN accepted him as a student starting then. LoL, it's like a real-life anime, huh? XD
Yeah, I'd love to see more Ateez reactions from you! I really enjoyed how you notice things, it's so much fun to watch. You've learned the members fairly well for just a first time listen. There are many ways to proceed but you will see that atiny (fandom name) are more than happy to help! Just let us know if you have any questions. You can either go from the very start and work you way to current stuff, or just mix as you wish! There is so much content, it's easy to get overwhelemed. For live vocals (makes it easier to connect 'face to voice'. FYI they do NOT have sub): Fever - ua-cam.com/video/6P3-HBTXKPY/v-deo.html (I LOVE IT SO MUCH, the charismaaaa) Promise - ua-cam.com/video/TTGd-WiaAkM/v-deo.html My personal favourites: Leave the door open (cover): ua-cam.com/video/ensUzYUFnno/v-deo.html The Black Cat Nero, cover, halloween special: ua-cam.com/video/VBZA_15mGGU/v-deo.html Don't Stop: ua-cam.com/video/n-4sZWi5LLw/v-deo.html (it's not on KQ cause it's through an app called Universe that they collab w) + all of their MV's, of course, like Wave, Turbulence, Aurora, Rocky, The Real.... etc... OR, This is a playlist of their MV's in order: ua-cam.com/play/PL_JkDhh9kPMS8XBSx8XW85Rsx92I5PTBB.html They have so meany fantastic B-side tracks, if you are up for a listening party of their albums that would be fun! Extra (cause it got realesed today hehe): (NEW) Jongho, live vocals, covering songs: ua-cam.com/video/_XfeoJCEfWc/v-deo.html (as you have seen through out MV's, he got some mighty pipes!!) Happy to help if you wanna get to know Ateez better :)
Thank you!(: really enjoyed everything I heard and this fandom has been so kind and informative in the comments I appreciate it so much. There’s so much content so definitely felt a little overwhelmed but having it all organized out is really nice and helps a lot so thanks to everyone for that. Definitely wanna get into more of their stuff and can’t wait to eventually get into their bsides cause those are always some of my favorites from groups. Excited to start the ATEEZ journey and hopefully I don’t make too many mistakes Hahaa thanks again(:
I'm intrigued by why you picked those songs, I mean their discography is quite extensive, so I feel that but also as a seonghwa Stan I'm like yes correct say more good things about my boy hahaha will continue the video now
So the story line is so long🤣 oh my gosh they put a lot of the story line in the music videos hong joong really wants you to think for yourself and "doubt what you think is true" but if you're starting out I would just watch the mvs in order of release date. I'm sure you can find that on Twitter, it starts with pirate king. And then after the treasure series is over. they have diary versions for everything that is going on the fever series, that explains more. I'm sure you can find the written diary versions on Twitter as well they do have videos but both matter in different ways. And the era were in "now" is the world the movement which is going to explain the futuristic side of things like you saw in GUERRILLA. I go heavily in to the theory myself so if you ever need help I got you lol but yeah start with the easy things like watching the mvs in order. The time lines don't match, in the mvs. yes they have two worlds, thats why i say it's a lot hahah . Halateez has a world and reality ateez has a world.
Wowww thank you so much for the quick over view of it! Definitely intrigued into discovering everything and can’t wait to get into more of the MVs. I chose these ones because I included the newest comeback, I had heard a little bit about Deja Vu and then the others were most requested in a poll I did on the channel too so it just happened to be these 5. Have seen a few comments about the different sides to their music and how I happened to pick all the hard hitting ones randomly haha but I’ll go through all of them for sure! Thanks again for the explanation on where to start and everything, much appreciated and for sure will be continuing with their music on here(:
@@KaileeDanielle yeah no problem 😊 I love the theory and can talk about it for hours 🥰 and yeah those are all quite the hard hitting songs 🥰🥰 I love say my name, pirate king, Desire and Dazzling light. the last two have stages not mvs cuz they're b side tracks but still epic.
thank you for reacting to ateez! there's a lot im glad you noticed in their instrumentals, especially with wonderland's break drums (the clangy part during the second verse) and deja vu's bass. are you a musician yourself? regardless, i'm glad to have found your videos through ateez and i'll definitely be back to watch your nct reactions later ^^
Ah thanks for watching!(: I have to say this group got me with their instrumentals especially lol feel like it really sets them apart as a group and I love it. Haha by professional means no but one of the hobbies is definitely making music/songwriting so I love appreciating the different aspects of music just not great with technical terms. Haha thank you! Nct is definitely a top group for me too so another reason I appreciate the different out there audio(:excited to get into more Ateez!
@@KaileeDanielle yeah, actually his vocal range is great, from high and light to raspy and strong I discovered ateez not so long ago and was just blown away with San's dancing and expressions And got so shocked when I heard that he literally knew nothing about dancing before joining KQ entertainment

Thank you! And thanks for all the info!(: also I know a lot of people have said mostly all their MVs have something to do with the story in some way, does that go for the Japanese releases too? I know some groups make it completely separate but some expand it in those ones too, thanks!(:
@@KaileeDanielle ATEEZ they always try in some way to use even details of their story line, whether in music videos or shows, according to japanese videos maybe some details but nothing like korean videos, but don't worry I think mostly of atinys don't know much about the storyline just terms like Halateez(Ateez In the black outfits for Hala Hala), left eye (the man of the trailer for this comeback), the White mask man(in Answer MV), the chromer, strictland, etc, but the complete version of the story I think is still writing, so get familiar with the main information is the first thing to get the idea of the story of ATEEZ.
If you want I also recommend watching their music videos in order that way your not jumping around from.a video from 3 years ago then one of 8 months ago. They made their debut with Treasure and Pirate King. I can make a list of all their music videos in order just so that it's easier if you want to do it this way, I'll also include the ones you watched in this video Debut, Treasure Ep. 1, start of treasure series: Pirate King Treasure First comeback and mini album: Say My Name Hala hala (✅) Promise (not really a mv just something they did with mnet. It's a bside from their 2nd mini album) 2nd comeback: Illusion Wave Aurora (bside from their 3rd mini that Hongjoong produced, that means a lot to atiny) 3rd comeback: Wonderland (✅) Japanese debut: Utopia (is apart of their Japanese debut I think, also a bside to their 3rd korean mini album) 4th comeback, treasure epilogue: Answer (✅) 5th comeback, start of Fever series: Inception Thanxx To the beat (Chuseok special, it's a bside off of this album) Collaboration with KJK: Black Cat Nero (is in collaboration with KJK, it's not their song it's a cover of one of KJK's groups song, they performed this song on immortal songs) FEVER pt. 2: Fireworks (Mingi, one of the members was not a part of the mv bcs of hiatus but still in the song) Celebrate (bside off of Fever pt. 2 album which is in the same album as Fireworks. Mingi is also not in it) Japanese comeback: Dreamers (Japanese comeback, one of the members was not in it bcs he was on hiatus, it was Mingi) KJK collaboration: Will You be my lover (KJK collaboration, Mingi is back!) Fever pt. 3: Deja vu (✅) Eternal sunshine Fever epilogue: Turbulence The Real In collaboration with the universe app I think: Dont Stop Japanese comeback: Rocky (Japanese comeback, it's part of their korean album, Fever pt. 3 but they did a Japanese version) The World EP. 1 Movement Guerrilla (✅) Im pretty sure these are all of the music videos. The names for the treasure series I didnt fully write bcs they're kinda confusing lol 😅 I cant remember them off the top of my head. If you plan on doing album listening when you get to them, then I reccomend skipping the bside videos and watching them when you listen to the albums, it's up to you tho.
Thanks so much! I love a good organized layout to go through to know I’m doing it the right order way haha I appreciate making it out for me and I’m excited to start this!(:
Love that Seonghwa caught your eye. This is what he did to me so I had an instant bias ha 😆... He's part of the demon line so I don't think it'll ever change 🥵😅 Edit: re: Tik Tok, the end of their song Utopia is *massive* on there
I dont know if anyone has said this but the intro part that was so familiar to you in Hala Hala is used by a lot of content creators. I knew it from the intro to one of the lyric videos for one of the BTS cyphers. I cant remember which one right now but I got into BTS first and when I heard hala hala I was like "THIS IS WHERE THAT'S FROM!".
Hahaa yeah that definitely makes sense. Can totally see that being where I heard it too😂 but it’s such a cool catchy sound so I can see why it gets used a lot too.
girl keep apologizing for not knowing the story, meanwhile there's me, a fan from the beginning and also still have no idea what the hell is going on 😂
Hye. Welcome to the ship, baby Tiny. As you start getting to know them, you can check their dance practice videos. Their immortal song performance + Kingdom + MAMA. Also, for their vocal, you can watch Star117, Thank you, utopia, take me home. They have a lot of songs with different genre. I have different playlists for their songs. Hype - calm/sooth - seasons. 🤣
If you are a fan of Ateez's music, you might want to look into Dreamcatcher. They share producers and composers. I am a Dreamctacher fan mostly (InSonmnia), and this is what led to me to explore Ateez - which I am very glad I did.
Someone probably answered this already, but the only other group under KQ Entertainment is Block B! Other than that they have 2 main producers/artist in their company, Eden and Maddox. (someone please correct me or add more if I'm wrong, I'm not as knowledgeable on these two!!)
You got right hongjoong, who is the rapper with the higher voice and the leader. Also got right seonghwa and yeosang 32:13 here he is san, the blonde one, you said before you liked his dancing and now his voice, he's the lead vocalist. But its pretty known for his performance and facial expressions 32:34 here its san again
yes, SEONGHWA.. one of the devil line. he's unreal. definitely one of the members who puts in a lot of new fans
Hahaa I’ve been hearing a lot about this devil line and now I’m worried to watch anything else😂 and yeah he definitely got my attention
@@KaileeDanielle It's Seong Hwa, San and Hong Joong, The Bermuda Devil line! Check out their stages
@@KaileeDanielle wait til you hear about the thot line lol
the fact that I was pulled in first by hongjoong and then san+hwa became my biases. then I heard they were called the demon line and was like you know what that makes sense and this says a lot about me 💀
I'm 200 like 😂
this is such a perfectly timed video!! i'm a carat and i've been watching all your seventeen reactions, but i literally started getting into ateez yesterday and i'm already obsessed
Hahaa that’s awesome! Yeah I feel like both groups have different sounds and styles so I feel like it’d be a nice contrast on the channel and I loved what I checked out so far(:
Welcome to the fandom :)
Lol I'm an atiny who got into svt after HOT comeback
The voice you mention in each video is Jongho (youngest and strongest). They performed Wonderland on Kingdom Legendary War and he hit a 4 octave note. One of my most fav 4th gen voices. But Seonghwa is till the bias.😘
Yeah his voice is absolutely insane, I love that quality he has to it, really brings in a lot of emotion. Seonghwa definitely got my attention too haha
Every Atiny (Fandom name Ateez + Destiny) WRECKED FOR SEONGHWA- he is unbelievable person☆
Ooo I love the fandom name meaning, thanks for letting me know(: Yeah first time I heard his voice and then saw the visuals it clicked😂
Yes! I'm glad you liked them, I'm always happy to see people discovering Ateez, these boys definitely deserve more recognition!
Thanks!(:
Yes the Person you noticed in every MV is Seonghwa, he's the oldest in Ateez Born in 1998
Hahaa thank you! His voice and style is great👌🏼
@@KaileeDanielle hahhaha he is my bias, his voice is so good
Even more crazy is that Jongho (main vocal) belts those insane notes live too, full chores and everything 😩 loved this reaction and look forward to more, from another Caratiny!
That’s insane, can’t wait to see some live stuff cause I’ve heard nothing but amazing things lol thank you!(:
First you started checking out seventeen one of my ult groups and now you are checking out one of my biased groups ATEEZ this is great. I remember when I first got into ATEEZ and how I was so appalled that there were such performers like this that existed. They are insane I love this group so much.
Haha I love how many Carats are also all for ATEEZ! I love their style and the sound that they do, especially with the way they make their instrumentals. Wanna definitely check out more from them and see the variety they can do(:
@@KaileeDanielle Ateez is a group full of Carats (and ARMY), so naturally, a lot of their fandoms adopted each other lol.
@@sonjat3870 right lol, as a hardcore atiny who just recently became a carat i love the relationship between atinys and carats because there's never any fanwars between us, just friendly competition and love
@@xoxojongho as a multi stan myself who loves all of those groups that’s so nice to hear haha
Definitely would love to check out more of their stuff cause I liked everything I heard so far(: thanks!
the current one is a globe :)
I'm happy you've found Ateez, they are so good. Keep the reactions coming.
Thanks for the reaction and for the storyline, if you want to understand more, it explains pretty much in their diary entries, and the movement trailers are explains the guerrilla mv as well. I hope you react more ATEEZ^^
Ah okay thanks for letting me know! Would love to check out more of their stuff(:
@@KaileeDanielle some people usually post scans of the diary entries on their twt so look over there if you wanna read those
But I will say that only Fever series and World (the new series that they just started with Guerrilla) are the only ones with diary scans so don’t stress about not being able to find any from Treasure n whatnot
I’d also suggest you check out the Diary Film that they released alongside ZERO : FEVER Part.1 to help you understand their storyline better. It should be on their UA-cam channel
But basically there are parallel dimensions that have different versions of ATEEZ,, so HALA HALA, Wonderland, and Answer all happen in the same universe, while Deja Vu and Guerrilla are in another one
Also the version of ATEEZ know as HALATEEZ/the Black Pirates we’re in HALA, Answer, and the end of Guerrilla,, that’s why they were wearing the same black and silver outfits in HALA HALA and Answer 😉
but like all of their songs are connected so all of the MVs you saw were storyline related, I think you asked about that a couple times while watching some of the MVs
I hope this helps in some way!! Have a good day^^
Btw they’re storyline is very confusing so I don’t blame you if you don’t understand it all rn,, atiny are also very lost lol
Congratulations, you just found a diamond of kpop industry!! 🔥🔥
I love how you're so soft spoken and chill. Enjoyed your reaction!
Hahaa thank you, appreciate you watching!(:
Jongho is the one who belts. You have to check out the Kingdom Legendary War version of Wonderland.
Yay, ATEEZ!
I want to point out something you may not have noticed--Seonghwa has a wide vocal range. He sings in falsetto at 10:11 and much lower here 16:57. He raps too.
The fandom thinks so highly of Answer that they refer to it as Queen Answer. You caught Jongho's lovely ad libs going into the last chorus, I thought you might like this 30 sec clip of him recording that part ua-cam.com/video/pdRZN80Tvfc/v-deo.html
Notes about other versions: ATEEZ performed a version of Wonderland for Kingdom Legendary War that was named kpop performance of the year by Genius Korea: Symphony 9 From the Wonderland. For Halloween, they gifted us the vampire version of DejaVu. It's a must see.
If you want to learn a bit about the story line, their company dropped the following videos (some are 30 seconds) to help get people caught up on this part of the story.

Because of the song's you selected, you think of ATEEZ as intense which they certainly can be. If you had chosen Wave, Dreamers, Be My Lover (with KJK) and Turbulence, you'd think of them completely differently.
I really liked how you picked up on subtle parts of the music. Thanks for the great reaction!
Ah thank you so much!(:
Yeah I’d love to get to know their individual voices more so I can fully appreciate them!
Park Seonghwa is a whole thing... To be such a beautiful human being inside an out is pretty unfair.
ateez is known for their edgier side which is why their softer side is often overlooked.
Oh my god your so cute and sweet, and thanks for your reaction to Ateez. I love to hear that "Nowadays I hear people talking a lot about Atee." 🥺
Thank you! Haha definitely loving them so far(:
omgggg I love ateez so much!! I'm so excited for you to get to know them!!!
Haha definitely excited to get into more of their discography and learn the members. Have loved everything I’ve seen and heard so far!(:
I am a simple girl. I saw Ateez, i subscribed.
😂 haha hey I appreciate it
Wahhh, Ateez!
Other people will be able to explain the storyline stuff better :p
If you want to hear some more lighter stuff from them vs all these hard hitting ones, I suggest Wave, Aurora, Eternal Sunshine and for something on the ballad-ier side, I recommend Turbulence.
I’ve been hearing about this “Demon Line” and now I’m worried cause why is it all the members that caught my attention the most😂
Thanks for pointing out the members! Feel like I can tell a few of them and will definitely get more familiar as I continue watching their stuff. Thankfully it’s only 8 members so should be a bit easier haha
I do find the whole lore of the storyline they have going on really interesting and that’s totally my style so eventually wanna get into it! Even though I’m ganna be confused as hell haha
Also yes! Thank you for the lighter recommendations cause I wanna see their versatility with their sound and different genres
Ah I love to hear that.
I loooove this reaction bcos you're referring to technicalities too & you're so pretty btw
Thank you so much!(:
24:52 Seonghwa is beautiful❤. He's also insanely sweet and kind of a dork.
Thank you soo much for this reaction!!! It was really fun to watch^^
And yeah you were right: the vlack outfits in Answer are the same ones they wear in Hala Hala^^ All of their MVs are somehow connected to their storyline! But don't worry it tales a while to grasp of the story line^^
And it would be so nice to see your reaction on songs like
- Turbulance
- Eternal Sunshine
- Fireworks
- Aurora (written by Hongjoong)
and there are still so much more^^
Thank you!(: will definitely be continuing to go through their discography and will hopefully be able to keep up with the story haha
I feel like ateez are not afraid of experimenting and breaking barriers. We definitely shouldn't sleep on them .
Definitely! That’s one of the things I love about their music(:
Although if you're planning on reacting to the Kingdom performances I'd be careful with getting copyrighted since I've seen a lot of youtubers get their vids taken down😭
Yeah I’ve definitely seen and know a lot of live stuff will for sure get striked or blocked so ganna figure out about doing those, thank you!(:
everyone in ateez has good voices, including the rappers, who appear singing in several songs as well. they are an extremely talented group, visuals, vocals, dance, good discography, stage presence, facial expressions, insane performance, I can say without hesitation that they are the most complete group of their generation.
they are amazing
as a recommendation, their presentations in kingdom legendary war, they blow your mind
and YES, SEONGHWA IS SOOOO PRETTY WHAT THE HELL
Yeah already I feel like they’re so versatile especially with the mix of rapping and vocals, it just works so well together and their dancing is on another level. Can’t wait to eventually get to their performances as I’ve heard so much about how amazing they are👌🏼
They're on their 6th win for Guerilla! So glad you're getting into them.
That’s awesome! It’s honestly been on repeat so I get it haha they did an amazing job with it and I’m loving all their other stuff too(:
@@KaileeDanielle lol san is an issue for everyone
@@KaileeDanielle Ah yes the Demon Line, well it's made of Seonghwa, San and captain Hongjoong, watch out for their future attacks and enjoy😂
I’d loveeee to see those haha thanks for letting me know(:
They definitely stood out to me so I’m interested to watch more from the group as well as non music stuff to see who mine will eventually be(:
Yay I'm glad you've checked out Ateez ! I've been obsessed with them lately. They're so talented!! My bias is Hongjoong (captain) but everyone is a wrecker really 🔥❤️
You should check out live performances soon Idk if you'll survive 🤭
Hahaa I get that😂 can’t wait to get into live stuff soon as I’ve heard so much about their performances but yeah definitely have been told I might not survive so I’m worried but excited haha
@@KaileeDanielle I'm sure you'll enjoy it! I'd love to see them live too hopefully soon 🙏🥰
i love your reactions to seventeen and im so happy you're reacting to another of my favorite groups! I promise you will not regret checking them out they're so amazing 💗
Aw thanks! Everyone’s raving about them and I can see why! Already starting off great and looking forward to getting into more of their discography(:
It's the first time I've stumbled across your channel. Even though it is on the smaller side you put such emphasis on an amazing quality (sound, camera, background) and knowledgeable comments while you are super attentive. Wish you all the best!
Thank you so much! Definitely still some things I’m working on here and there but I appreciate that(:
I am glad you have watched the ATEEZ mv's they are all great songs the one you mentioned with the raspy rap is calling Mingi and the other one you were drawn to was Seonghwa those to are my bias
its the first time that i watched your video and i love how you pick up and comment on so many things and details that caught your attention! Also your voice is very calming its great listening to you 😊
Aw thanks so much!(: love the making of music just as much as listening so I’m always interested in details haha don’t always catch everything but try my best.
I hope you’d continue listening to them 🥹 I’m a caratiny too and i just know you’ll enjoy them too!
Definitely wanna keep checking out their music and learning more about them so will for sure be seeing them on here and thanks for supporting the channel(:
Not me internally crying of happiness because you pronounced all their names right on the first try😩
Also the MV choices you picked out for this first reaction video are IMMACULATE so mad respect
Hahaa thank you😂 was so happy that I got their names right and the videos I chose were mostly recommended so glad everyone led me in the right way haha I was so happy cause I loved literally every one of them
10:22 Exactly what happens when you see Seonghwa haha
Not only is he beautiful & have an amazing voice, he’s so kind too! He’s the same one you pointed out in Wonderland.
Idk if anyone said it yet but yes the sound in Holla holla is the intro to Rachel aka Chiu views videos ☺️
ateez is just so different from any other group I have came across to ever sense I got into Kpop around 2016, they have their own sound and they never disappoint me.
You reacted to my favourites ! ( answer, deja vu and guerrilla ) other cool ones are thanxx or inception off the top of my head
I loved the songs I heard and I’m excited to hear even more as I know that they do a wide range of styles and definitely interested in checking out some of their dance practices and lives too👌🏼
@@KaileeDanielle Ahh I’m really happy to hear that, I’ll be waiting for your next reaction , their live performances are so good as well
omg Hongjoong (the leader of the group) is my fav.
1 Movement.
Ah okay thanks for pointing that out, definitely helps me understand their organizing of albums and stuff more!(:

Loved your reaction!!! More ateez on your channel pls!! Also, I won't be recommending any vids since there's a lot who did already. Anddd i feel so happy that my bias Seonghwa caught your attention every MV!!
Hahaa thank you! Yeah off first look he definitely stood out a lot too me. Visually and vocally. Have heard tons of good things about their lives so I’m excited to check them out. More will definitely be coming soon!
YESS, pls keep them on the channel
I suggest reacting to these same songs live, ateez live performances are amazing:)
I subscribed
Definitely will continue to watch them on here, excited to get to know them more and see the different sides to their music(: thank you!
Thank you for taking a chance on ATEEZ 🙂 Because of my age (mid 30's) I find it a little weird to listen to 4th gen groups and wouldn't go as far as to call myself a fan (I'm already an E.L.F at heart), but dayum, ATEEZ and their music is just too unique and good, so I can't deny being a fan 😅
I hear and enjoy a lot of different kpop (mainly male groups) from all four generations, and ATEEZ really, really stand out from the kpop norm and that's one of the things I love about.
That and then they have, personality and group wise, just some of the same chaotic and fun energy, as my other favorite group 😊
ATEEZ is very diverse in their music as well, as they are experimental with their sound.
KQ entertainment only have one other group, which is the 2nd generation group Block B (which is really, really good too!), ATEEZ leader HongJoong was a Block B fan, which is why he applied at KQ 😉
KQ is currently working on their third boy group, preparing for KQ fellas 2.
Some of the SEVENTEEN members has even been on a show, which two SUPER JUNIOR members have, two times 😉
Both Block B and SUPER JUNIOR and 2nd generation kpop groups and probably my favorites from that generation, also very distinct from that time. SUPER JUNIOR had their 11th comeback a month ago and Block B is still somewhat active too. Their leader ZICO released new solo music recently. He is a rapper, so it's that style and very good 😊
Have fun!
I'm subscribing! I really like your reaction and thoughts and I'd love to see you reacting to more of ateez ♥️
Thank you!(: definitely going to get into more of their stuff so I’m excited!
Yess, Wonderland has a very pirate sound. It goes with their storyline. Also ty for the reaction
Thank you so much! I’ve definitely heard of them and would love to get into more girl groups so would be interested in checking them out eventually(:
Seonghwah is the one in the middle, and he's so handsome and talented! I love him too!
you should definitely try to watch and react to all of ateez's kingdom stages! i love your reactions so much and how you talk so smoothly and your comments on them!
Thank you for your reaction ❤️🔥
Actually ATEEZ is my ult group, and the second one is SEVENTEEN
This is so funny lol, but I think we have same taste girl, my fav in Ateez is seonghwa, and my bias line in seventeen are jeonghan, hoshi and dk which is almost the same as yours
I hope you can react to them more, enjoy the journey!❤️
Lastly, sorry for my bad english, hehe
Hahaa thank you! Apparently we do😂 this group from what I’ve seen so far is great and I can’t wait to check out more from them. Uh your English is great by the way, don’t be sorry!
As some may have mentioned, ATZ also has stunning ballads with meaningful lyrics. (But still very "Ateez")
Definitely excited to check out the softer/ballad style from them too! Thanks(:
The first one you picked in answer is seonghwa my bias 😭💗 I'm happy you noticed him..also yeosang!!
You have to watch a guide to discover thier personalities.. they're the opposite of thier concept 😭the sweetest cutest funniest and the most chaotic grp ever
Hahaa can’t wait to get more into their music as well as get to know them more! Have to say right after I did the first look I watched a couple interviews with them and I already love their energy👌🏼
I'll look to see if you've already done them, but I highly recommend Halazia and Bouncy. Utopia is pretty. Cyberpunk on stage is WELL worth it.❤
YES SEONGHWA, MY BIAS!!!
He can do low and high vocals and is an extraordinary performer/dancer. (part of the demon line.)
Here's that color theory video: ua-cam.com/video/pTQIP273P-8/v-deo.html
Also, YOU MUST see/hear what Jongho (the spectacular, belting main vocal and maknae) can do live vocally -- check out this immortal performance of theirs on Kingdom which mashes up WONDERLAND with Dvorak's New World Symphony so seamlessly you'd think the two songs were written for each other (kudos again to EDENARY who did the mix, and to Hongjoong who suggested it!): ua-cam.com/video/-uDitNeFO-I/v-deo.html
Speaking of immortal performances, did you know ATEEZ's live vocals are so good that they are one of only two idol groups to EVER win the live vocal singing show Immortal Songs THREE TIMES? Mamamoo was the other one, which makes ATEEZ the only bg and 4th gen group to achieve this amazing feat, as well as the *fastest* to do it --they beat out Mamamoo in that category, and even won their very first time on the show with this unbelievable, burn-the-house-down performance: ua-cam.com/video/RPaymNrtygY/v-deo.html
Ah! Also, you picked up on the hidden sea chanties in the back/that show up as subtle motifs in a lot of ATEEZ's songs! The other ones that do this really beautifully are WAVE and TURBULENCE -- please try reacting to those too. ^__^
Lastly, based on the songs you liked, I highly recommend you check out ATEEZ's less-known/less-loved debut title track TREASURE, which I think is magnificent and intensely underrated.
Wait, I said "last" but there are some adorable "get to know ATEEZ" vids you might want to react to, like this memorable Twister Game they played with MTV News: ua-cam.com/video/XknURO3AeJU/v-deo.html
And also this adorable prank where San dresses up like an old man and crashes a dance crew performance.
FYI they do NOT have sub):
Fever - ua-cam.com/video/6P3-HBTXKPY/v-deo.html (I LOVE IT SO MUCH, the charismaaaa)
Promise - ua-cam.com/video/TTGd-WiaAkM/v-deo.html
My personal favourites:
Leave the door open (cover): ua-cam.com/video/ensUzYUFnno/v-deo.html
The Black Cat Nero, cover, halloween special: ua-cam.com/video/VBZA_15mGGU/v-deo.html
Don't Stop: ua-cam.com/video/n-4sZWi5LLw/v-deo.html (it's not on KQ cause it's through an app called Universe that they collab w)
+ all of their MV's, of course, like Wave, Turbulence, Aurora, Rocky, The Real.... etc...
OR, This is a playlist of their MV's in order:
ua-cam.com/play/PL_JkDhh9kPMS8XBSx8XW85Rsx92I5PTBB.html
They have so meany fantastic B-side tracks, if you are up for a listening party of their albums that would be fun!
Extra (cause it got realesed today hehe):
(NEW) Jongho, live vocals, covering songs: ua-cam.com/video/_XfeoJCEfWc/v-deo.html (as you have seen through out MV's, he got some mighty pipes!!)
Happy to help if you wanna get to know Ateez better :)
Thank you for supporting my boys please give ateez lots of love in the future they're working really hard as you can see have fun!
I highly recommend watching the kingdom version of wonderland the vocals are insane!!
"Zan zan zan" throughout the video above their wonderful voices! Are you a mosquito by any chance? I cry...
RUDE ASS 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 the exit button is there if you don’t enjoy the video
Jongho's voice really insane
I loved how she was politely simping over seonghwa
Ateez is incredible. My #2 group behind BTS.
I stan several groups
thank you for reacting to ateez! there's a lot im glad you noticed in their instrumentals, especially with wonderland's break drums (the clangy part during the second verse) and deja vu's bass. are you a musician yourself? regardless, i'm glad to have found your videos through ateez and i'll definitely be back to watch your nct reactions later ^^
25:04 that's curious bc the one who went viral at that part was the one at the front, yunho
Oh really? I’ve usually just been on there when Seventeens posted stuff so I guess there’s a lot of Seonghwa biases in the feed lol
@@KaileeDanielle yess, anyways whoever it is, i'm glad bc it works to bring more attention to the boys🥺
Someone noticing San's voice and dance at the same time?!! Finally
😂 honestly he seems like he’s got it all haha. I love how light his vocals are and he’s such a smooth dancer.
@@KaileeDanielle yeah, actually his vocal range is great, from high and light to raspy and strong
I discovered ateez not so long ago and was just blown away with San's dancing and expressions
And got so shocked when I heard that he literally knew nothing about dancing before joining KQ entertainment
Thanks for react to ateez🎉🎉🎉
I love every song you reacted to- but my personal favorite is Inception. You should check it out :D
I really enjoyed your reaction to ateez, they are my ults and I love them so much. Also all of their music videos have to do with their storyline.
Thank you!(: yeah I’ve loved everything I’ve heard so far so excited to see their other styles as I get into more of their music!

I can make a list of all their music videos in order just so that it's easier if you want to do it this way, I'll also include the ones you watched in this video
Debut, Treasure Ep. 1, start of treasure series:
Pirate King
Treasure
First comeback and mini album:
Say My Name
Hala hala (✅)
Promise (not really a mv just something they did with mnet. It's a bside from their 2nd mini album)
2nd comeback:
Illusion
Wave
Aurora (bside from their 3rd mini that Hongjoong produced, that means a lot to atiny)
3rd comeback:
Wonderland (✅)
Japanese debut:
Utopia (is apart of their Japanese debut I think, also a bside to their 3rd korean mini album)
4th comeback, treasure epilogue:
Answer (✅)
5th comeback, start of Fever series:
Inception
Thanxx
To the beat (Chuseok special, it's a bside off of this album)
Collaboration with KJK:
Black Cat Nero (is in collaboration with KJK, it's not their song it's a cover of one of KJK's groups song, they performed this song on immortal songs)
FEVER pt. 2:
Fireworks (Mingi, one of the members was not a part of the mv bcs of hiatus but still in the song)
Celebrate (bside off of Fever pt. 2 album which is in the same album as Fireworks. Mingi is also not in it)
Japanese comeback:
Dreamers (Japanese comeback, one of the members was not in it bcs he was on hiatus, it was Mingi)
KJK collaboration:
Will You be my lover (KJK collaboration, Mingi is back!)
Fever pt. 3:
Deja vu (✅)
Eternal sunshine
Fever epilogue:
Turbulence
The Real
In collaboration with the universe app I think:
Dont Stop
Japanese comeback:
Rocky (Japanese comeback, it's part of their korean album, Fever pt. 3 but they did a Japanese version)
The World EP. 1 Movement
Guerrilla (✅)
Im pretty sure these are all of the music videos.
He's part of the demon line so I don't think it'll ever change 🥵😅
Edit: re: Tik Tok, the end of their song Utopia is *massive* on there
Hahaa he definitely did. Been hearing so much about this demon line, don’t know if I should be excited or scared to get to it 😂
@@KaileeDanielle 😆 it's fascinating to see the duality between that and them off stage
Check out Say my name, Inception, Thanxx. Some of my faves! Dance practices are awesome too!! More Ateez please!! Great reaction!!
May have recorded some videos that’ll be coming soon including some dance practices and let’s just say they won me over haha. Thank you!(:
@@KaileeDanielle Can't wait to watch it!
Love your reactions hope to see you react to more ateez
Definitely will be!(:
Looking forward to it .
New subs here 😊
girl keep apologizing for not knowing the story, meanwhile there's me, a fan from the beginning and also still have no idea what the hell is going on 😂
try to watch the videos in 4k, that way you'll catch more details, specially the minute ones.
If you are a fan of Ateez's music, you might want to look into Dreamcatcher. They share producers and composers. I am a Dreamctacher fan mostly (InSonmnia), and this is what led to me to explore Ateez - which I am very glad I did.
Oh really?? Dreamcatcher has definitely been on my list to check out for a while cause I’ve heard really good things, so possibly will soon(:
23:48 yep Yeosang. He looks like a pixie but has a really deep voice like Felix.😂
Someone probably answered this already, but the only other group under KQ Entertainment is Block B! Other than that they have 2 main producers/artist in their company, Eden and Maddox. (someone please correct me or add more if I'm wrong, I'm not as knowledgeable on these two!!)
Ah okay, thanks for letting me know!(:
You got right hongjoong, who is the rapper with the higher voice and the leader. Also got right seonghwa and yeosang
32:13 here he is san, the blonde one, you said before you liked his dancing and now his voice, he's the lead vocalist. But its pretty known for his performance and facial expressions 32:34 here its san again
Thank you!(: glad I picked some of them out right haha
Check out their dance practices. I enjoyed your reactions.
Ateez company is KQ, a small and I would say unknown one, and ateez is the only group yet under the company
Ahh okay, I hadn’t personally heard of other groups with the company so thanks for letting me know!(:
