For me the sooner the better, I think I would have Ryan winning now and in the future but I think he'll outgrow Neno in the next few years. Neno's like 23 I think. I'm waiting for him to fight someone, I don't know what's going on with him. He should get back with Robert Garcia again. Ryan looks like he has more upside because of his technique and size, he'll grow easily into some heavier weight classes.
