I work as a metal fabricator.
Last week I was carpentering and got a 3 inch splinter in the side of my palm. Right to the center of my hand.
Most of it is still in there.
Never seen a 3 inch metal sliver in my hand.

Listen to the power, skill and daring of Schubert's writing at 12:06. No one till that date, not even Beethoven had written anything like this. The dissonant section of the strings plays off the insistence of the alternating horns in a grinder of articulated chaos. The fact this frenetic section ends in quietude is telling; not even Schubert, the greatest melodist of all time, could tame the leviathon he had created. Respect and Love.

Two part epoxy thinned down with xylene plus a little fummed silica and black pigment. Put your rusty steel out in the sun to get hot and apply your thinned down mixture. The rusty steel will soak up the mixture like a sponge then the heat will evaporate the xylene fairly quick. Let set up for a few days before applying liberal abuse.
