      Thank you! I have a 10 steps to handstands, handstand pressing, pincha, headstand, bakasana, in case you didn’t see those. I have a couple yoga wheel classes to help deepen backbends if you have one. Go to playlists and search tutorials and yoga classes. ❤️

      @@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates mam you please don't have to say thsnks as you are helping us out who are desperate to learn but have very limited resources, I tried the cues you gave for titibhaasan, the elbow thing and really it made such a big difference, was never able to understand why I wasn't being able to get it, so I beg you to not say thanks but just help the world by your valuable cues and bless me to achieve my handstand 🙏
