A20VO Hydraulic Pumps. Part I: Control System

A20VO Main Pumps. Part 1 of 3.
In this video presentation, we look at the control system function of the Rexroth A20 VO pumps used in the Cat 6060, Terex/Bucyrus RH340-B & Liebherr excavators.
These are at the top end of complexity of pumps used in large hydraulic mining excavators. Hopefully we can bring to clarity to how these work internally.
Part II we will show how we calibrate these pumps onboard the 6060 excavators.

My machine is having 1 pump in the machine. I am 80bar out put pressure only
How increase the pump pressure

There something different on the current machine.
the pilot supply ist not 80 bar from servo pump. now comes from charge pump just 50. ¡¿how about the Final Mst value if the diference between them are 30 bar?

Yeah that's correct mate, for the 50 bar servo, the MSt is 20 bar.
