@@zimzalabitch7028 I suggest working out what you want from learning Korean, why you're learning it, and then focusing on specific skills that will get you there. Out of all the different skills in language, do you prioritise being able to speak, listen, read, or write first? Are you interested in modern Korean, or is understanding historical components of the language and culture important, and likewise, is being able to read and write in Hanja something you want in the beginning? These elements of language are intertwined, so focusing on one will help with the others, but it makes it a much less daunting task, and results-wise, I found/find it to be more rewarding than the "traditional route," as you reach lots of little short-term goals faster, which keeps you motivated to continuing learning. Taking on too much is how so many people fail, so that's my suggestion. Get back to me when you've thought about it :)
