this isn't about employment law but under equity law within constitution of equity there is self declaration and transfer to a 3rd party, but what is the potential third way to bridge the division?
What happens if I refuse to give employer consent for Occ Ther to access my medical records? I think this is gross invasion of privacy. I have fit note and medical letter. They will only make reasonable adjustments through the OT;s say so. THanks
