Love your diys, love your creativity, and I love that you use a lot of modern decor vs. farmhouse decor. Although I love farmhouse decor, I prefer more modern decor with pops of black color. Super classy and elegant!!

For number 1- When you use the brown rope, you might want to take a lighter and light it. Then you start at the bottom and burn the little prices that stick out everywhere. That will give it a more finished look as well as a high end look.
