Fully gutted and reno 5 bathrooms, finished a basement for 1100sq, plus ripped out all the floors and redid the stairs, plus rebuild a fireplace wall, and renovated the laundry room all for $150k Cdn. Yours is super expensive and probably got ripped off. I guess you paid a lot of extra money when you don’t compare prices and paid remotely.
