Man the pallette cycling colors on the lava reminds me of Mark Ferrari's 8-bit art (lead artist on the loom and monkey islands etc). Oh, and the music is cool too, I guess ;)
Some of it was recorded footage direct from the coin spot game with certain layers disabled, scaled without interpolation and made smoother using DAIN. Others was just PNG frames strung together in premiere. Most of the content I used can be found on spriters resource in one form or another.
Life hits pretty hard sometimes, and creativity/motivation/inspiration comes and goes. I may pick that one up again someday but last I worked on it I think I had a lot of trouble writing lyrics to it.
I’m so impressed by the fact that Jeff’s been showing appreciation for Morshu for over ten years now.
