I love how Cry To Heaven and this tickle the same pleasure centres of my brain but manage to sound different. Cry To Heaven leaned more into Floodland-era Sisters of Mercy whereas this is definitely vibing with Ghost. I think the album has a real chance of pulling new fans in by touching upon other artists while remaining at its core unmistakably Creeper.
I'm a new fan! I saw an advert on Instagram for Teenage Sacrifice, and it sounded vaguely like The Black Parade, so I gave it a shot, and I'm glad I did.
I must admit that I knew nothing of this band until they came up as a Facebook recommendation. After checking them out, I love this stuff. Excellent vocals, fine musicianship, cool lyrics and brilliant videos combine to set this band apart from most of their peers. I am a 60 year old man living in Illinois, but I am doing my part trying to tell anyone who will listen to give these guys a shot. I sure am glad I did!
.....I didn't know I needed vampire 80s metal/ punk, but here I am. Big Ozzy vibes in the guitar. I love this whole album, please tour! -- sincerely a 40yo punk lady
This is excellent , it has a Jim Steinman vibe all over it ( I can imagine Bonnie Tyler nailing it !) Whenever I see and hear Will I also get the feeling that he's been influenced by Dave Vanian of The Damned. Cant wait for the album !
Will and his girlfriend Charlotte are actually great friends with Dave and his wife Patricia (sister of mercy) , she did the spoken word parts on sex death and the infinite void
the ghost comparisons are really funny cause will did an interview when cry for heaven came out saying that people were saying it sounds like ghost doesn't make sense to him cause it was a straight sisters of mercy tribute
If you think this channels the Misfits and AFI you should go back and check out their first 3 EPs. “Black Cloud” sounds like it could’ve been on “Art of Drowning” or “Black Sails.”
Creeper is definitely one of my top 10 current bands, and sometimes I find myself having to listen to a few songs before making a judgement on it and I've usually ended up liking it but I can't say I like this song all that much compared to the last bunch that was released but well done Creeper!
I saw these guys open for Tiger Army in DC a decade ago and, despite the audio setup being abysmal, could tell these kids had a lot of talent. This latest album is just amazing. It's a shame they're not coming within 300 miles of me on this tour.
So incredeble nice!! See them live in Hamburg (Germany) as a supporting act, it was absolut insane performance! Since this moment they have a new supporter! 🤘
Wow, crazy good - cannot wait for the full album. They filled the „My Chemical Romance“-sized void in my heart till now- on the way to surpass it if they deliver more of those bangers
Grand 👏 Please Creeper lets have 40+ glorious minutes on this album, full on Concept stuff, no more 18min EP’s PLEASE its too good for only small doses!
The whole thing reeks of concept, and I'm itching to hear the full album. Will is destined to be the British equivalent of Danny Elfman, penning film scores that will influence a generation- and I'm saying this being older than him! Got a pre-order on the Banquet vinyl for this album, I have faith in them for it being another quality release
Love the song. The composition choices in the video were great. Especially all of the shots through mirrors and such. Would like to know if this was shot on film or a digital film simulation was applied afterward, because if it was digital it was a very believable film sim.
I stumbled upon you after watching a Misfits retrospective. Boy, am I glad I did! You guys are well-informed by a bunch of really good things and it shows.
To all the teenagers out there, this is exactly what it was like when MCR and emo became massive in the mid-2000s. Drink it in, love it, because it's fucking majestic.
Loving the old school 80s horror vibes

I'm a new fan, "Cry to Heaven" is the first song I heard by them and I love it! It sounds huge.

Okay but, Ghost and Creeper tour would be a dream come true 🥺🖤
Holy f*ing shit, that would be AMAZING.
I would love that
That Brand of the Sacrifice from Berserk on the dude's neck. Perfect.🤌
This is 100% the crossover I needed
I wondered if I was the only one to notice. It's cool I was not.
This has to be one of the coolest music videos I’ve ever seen
Ghost meets phantom of the opera and I’m here for it!!!
.....I didn't know I needed vampire 80s metal/ punk, but here I am. Big Ozzy vibes in the guitar. I love this whole album, please tour! -- sincerely a 40yo punk lady
They haven't toured yet?
@@abhishekkar1I know, they should!!
You guys need to do a US tour. Greenville, SC. Crossing fingers. Y'all are always fantastic.
This is excellent , it has a Jim Steinman vibe all over it ( I can imagine Bonnie Tyler nailing it !) Whenever I see and hear Will I also get the feeling that he's been influenced by Dave Vanian of The Damned.

@@dylanford8634 well I didn't know that ! thank you.
Seems my instincts were well placed !
I saw them last night opening for BVB, and my jaw was on the floor! 10/10 experience!
Catchy as hell . I’m a bloke of a certain vintage and happy to see younger bands take up the rock baton .
I love everything about this. It's so impressive to me how you guys always manage to change your sound and nailed it. So, so damn good. 🦇💕
So so so good, I really hope this record will finally get you more attention, you deserve it!
With each and every song and album drop I become more in love with this band. Creeper can do no wrong. 💜💜💜
I like the brand of sacrifice touch. Whose the Berserk fan?
I love this band so much.
this single and cry to heaven are great songs. Congratulations.
If this doesn't scream with Ghost vibes, I don't know what does.
The album is being produced by the same man who produced Prequelle 😊
If cry to heaven was their dance macabre, then this is Rats.
PS. Long live Silverstein!
If Tobias Forge appeared as a writer of this song I would not be shocked. Ghost absolutely all over it.
For sure but Will’s voice is 🙌🏻
the ghost comparisons are really funny cause will did an interview when cry for heaven came out saying that people were saying it sounds like ghost doesn't make sense to him cause it was a straight sisters of mercy tribute
Channeling some of the greatest horror punk bands like the misfits and AFI here. Absolutely love this.
If you think this channels the Misfits and AFI you should go back and check out their first 3 EPs. “Black Cloud” sounds like it could’ve been on “Art of Drowning” or “Black Sails.”
Ive had Creeper on the brain recently and this just dropped - OBSESSED
SO READY FOR MORE VAMPIRE
This album is perfect, start to finish. It’s so much fun and the videos bring it to life as well. Thank you Creeper!!!!
I met the band yesterday thanks to a youtube recommendation and I'm simply loving it!
I'll look for the tablatures so I can play the songs :)
This is the right direction for this band.
Straight to hell
Heavy heavy Ghost influence indeed...and that's not a bad thing. Great song.
Creeper is definitely one of my top 10 current bands, and sometimes I find myself having to listen to a few songs before making a judgement on it and I've usually ended up liking it but I can't say I like this song all that much compared to the last bunch that was released but well done Creeper!
"We were born to be addicted to tragedy" - hard relate. Love it soooooo much already. What's your favourite lyric?
I saw these guys open for Tiger Army in DC a decade ago and, despite the audio setup being abysmal, could tell these kids had a lot of talent. This latest album is just amazing. It's a shame they're not coming within 300 miles of me on this tour.
Anyone else notice The Brand of Sacrifice on his neck in the thumbnail? Very fun.
If Ghost wrote this song it would be a hit! Creeper is such an underrated band!
The season of the witch is approaching us and this song welcomes her 🤘🏻
So incredeble nice!! See them live in Hamburg (Germany) as a supporting act, it was absolut insane performance! Since this moment they have a new supporter! 🤘
The more I listen to them songs the more I love Creeper 🖤
Can't wait to see you all in Nov🎉
I infact, missed the show due to illness :(
Wow, crazy good - cannot wait for the full album. They filled the „My Chemical Romance“-sized void in my heart till now- on the way to surpass it if they deliver more of those bangers
Exactly! Got introduced to them through mcr cause I saw them opening for them
Jean Rollin's ghost is shitting itself with joy.
Love a concept album! This band is amazing, deserves more recognition
From Gloom to Teenage Sacrifice what a beautiful spooky journey we have been on with you
Grand 👏 Please Creeper lets have 40+ glorious minutes on this album, full on Concept stuff, no more 18min EP’s PLEASE its too good for only small doses!
ooo luv it, placed in Tugs - Rock 16 playlist, peace

THE ALBUM WILL BE RELEASED ON MY BIRTHDAY LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Totally brilliant
I'm really enjoying these new songs, reminds me of The Sisters of Mercy, but with the cheese factor turned up to 11.
Oh my God, that's Berserk brand of sacrifice 😮😮😮
I believe this will be the album that breaks them in America!!! I think they also created a new genre. Love Em'! 🖤
holy crap !
the vocalist looks like Sisters Of Mercy hollywood horror movie version !
😂😂😂😂
I love the new song!!! When are you coming to the US? I might have to travel over to y'all
Can’t wait to see them live in November!!
the most underrated band ever
Just plain awesome 🤟
Love the song. The composition choices in the video were great. Especially all of the shots through mirrors and such. Would like to know if this was shot on film or a digital film simulation was applied afterward, because if it was digital it was a very believable film sim.
indisputably admirable
This is awesome !! Glad I found it
Dope brand of sacrifice on the guy who got eaten 🙏 love me some berserk references
I'M SO GOD DAMN READY FOR THIS
Hell yeah.
i’m obsessed w y’all
Just discovered this band today and I am vibrating and like a schoolgirl, instantly obsessed you guys are so DAMN COOL
this is my new favorite music video
I love it so much, I have no words.
There is definitely an Ozzy vibe to Wills voice on this track!
Perfection 💜
So they're fully committed to becoming a metal band with this album? I'm here for it
They are fully committed to Satan.
It’s not an aesthetic, it’s very real and he is in the business of taking souls.
Massive tune
US tour wheeennnnnnn
Immediately danced to this song 💜💜
Gloriously campy fun. Eddie Munster would be proud.
Did I just find groovy vampire rock? This is pretty dope
obsessed
Another banger from a band with classic influences that manifests into their own energy - love it!
If you look closely in the thumbnail, you'll see that the guy has the brand of sacrifice from berserk
Glad someone mentioned it. Also, a Berserk concept album would be great.
I stumbled upon you after watching a Misfits retrospective. Boy, am I glad I did! You guys are well-informed by a bunch of really good things and it shows.
Adore this, awesome song and the video is just jam-packed with horror goodies. 🖤🖤🖤
To all the teenagers out there, this is exactly what it was like when MCR and emo became massive in the mid-2000s. Drink it in, love it, because it's fucking majestic.
Awesome song and video!!! 🤘
Absolute banger 🤘 well done on this one guys
I am absolutely astonished with this masterpiece😮💀😭
Ghost's fans would appreciate this.
I do!!! 😂❤
the girl in the video reminded me of Carrie for some reason and then i got to the end and she REALLY reminded me of her lol
I love this. So much.
I'm getting "The Sharpest Lives" by MCR vibes. Especially during the chorus.
Ghost with a british twist. love this
Andrew Eldritch and the Sisters of Mercy has entered the comment section 😊
Misery never goes out of style.
Hell Yeah!
Yes! I fn love this band - they just get better and better
Only just starting to listen to creeper but great stuff so far gonna go back and listen to the rest of their stuff 👍🏻🤘
