The piano music is so annoying (a large number of such videos are overlaid with piano music, for relaxation, probably)! This video show us a realy aquarium! This sounds are best!
So soothing and relaxing this is probably the best I've found to be fair though the others that I've listened also have good sound quality especially when it comes to these video's that feature the soothing sounds of bubbling bubbles

It does look like a ram. Not sure what kind though. And the stripe tails with red faces are called "rummy nose tetras"
