Healer need to do big HPS for NW first pull, even at 10 key healer need to do at least 1.2-1.4 HPS in order for the group to survive. If you can do that while at 620ilvl in a key 10, then by the time you are 633-636 like Greg here you can do 2M+ HPS for key 14-15.
@neptune7426 I deactivated all add ons but that didn't fix the issue. My abilites are delayed and clunky like server lag in big raids but constantly even in open world.

question about Final Stand. Does new target that get near you also get taunted? Or is it only the mobs near you when you cast it

@@neptune7426 20ms ping + high end computer and already lowered all graphic settings. I don't have fps drops, i have a delay in pressing buttons.
