Hey Jordan, I'm a cook. The ranch dressing has a lot of fats in it. You can use it as a makeshift butter or oil for future reference, and just put a little bit on both sides of your filets, and it will come out fine. You can also use the guacamole as well, since avocado oil is very good for cooking. The oil will render right out of it as it cooks, both flavoring and deglazing your cook surface. Great hunt, and great shots!😂❤😂

Hobo Sacks are the best way to eat while camping! However, we just called them tin foil meals. Usually, we would catch and clean some fish and add whatever we like to them. Put fish, corn, green beans, carrots, onion, and cut-up potatoes. Add some butter, salt, pepper, or favorite seasonings. Wrap it up in some aluminum foil and drop it on the coals as well as putting a few coals on top.
I think if you had put the ranch on the fish it would have acted as a great butter replacement.

This is a first. Might as well edify this as a bucket list item. By the way, as a person who has hunted in a ghillie suit, who got so close to deer I could hear them breathe from behind me (one actually tried to eat my foliage), I'm surprised no one else has tried this before. Mark my words, I think you've created a new sport.

That’s a whole new concept of spearfishing I like the idea of a Gilly suit. I dive where there’s a lot of strands of kelp, and I would like to take some kelp leaves and string them off of me to where they’re safe, but at the same time I look like a bunch of leaves, and yeah you’re right the fish do come up to the plants. As they should for their own safety.. it’s a great concept.
Jordan, I love your vids, you gotta come to Eagle Mountian Lake or Lake Worth in Fort Worth TX, the water is decently clear, you should also try the Boise River in Idaho

Spearfishing with the Ghillie suit is a stroke of genius especially if you coverup the gun. I can see this as an effective strategy in Southern California in a kelp or eel grass forest. I would like to see more of this video in deeper waters.
Didn’t know wetsuits were worn for camouflage. I have only been spear fishing a couple of times and it was a while back. Makes sense though. Great video.

Hey Jordan, maybe you should start doing some expensive vs cheap videos! Like expensive speargun vs cheap/budget speargun, etc. It can be a solo thing where you could do 2 sessions using each of the items, or have someone else use the expensive one and go to war!!! Or like the same price/functionality speargun but from two different brands to see which is better, a.k.a low-key becoming a product review in a way, which I think would bring in more sponsors

If you do go to deeper water I think it will work great. There’s not much shelter for smaller fish. I believe you’ll look like kelp out there floating around and you probably knew this but a lot of fish take shelter under kelp balls. I’ve caught so many mackerels and dolphins underneath them.
