My ASMR story started in my 20s.
I have noticed that I cannot take my eyes out of other human beings' Cleaning!!
It was all that was needed to trigger my ASMR sensations. It was super satisfying but weird and scary in a way. I had no idea what it was or why I felt that way.
A window cleaner, a housekeeper, a car detailer... regardless of what kind of human, it just had to be a human who consciously details and puts lots of thought into what she/he is doing.
Later on, I discovered make-up artists on UA-cam... detailing and perfecting their art on another human being... I spend endless hours admiring their work.... Car detailers (and again, the same theme - cleaning). Seeing the dirty car getting back to shiny, sparkly life... it was just something "out of this world". Allmighty UA-cam took me through various other types of beautiful triggers Without Telling Me that it is Called ASMR!!!! All this time,I thought I was Propper "weirdo" !!!! :)
And just a few years ago! Some random video mentioned "ASMR" (Hmmm, what is it? What do you eat it with? Let's check the definition on Google.)
One sleepless night of researching and reading it all... Imagine my shock; imagine my relief after years of "secretly" experiencing tingles... which I thought was rather odd! I'm suddenly told, "It is all fine and normal!"!!!! I was in disbelief! I could not stop talking about that with my friends, family, and colleagues... it was SOOOO good to KNOW.
I finally found the ultimate "fall asleep instantly" recipe when I discovered shoe shiner on UA-cam. I spent many, many hours with shoe-brushing sounds in my earbuds long after I had fallen asleep. :)
I'm a very busy parent, and most of my video editing is done late at night in my bed... Even though these are my videos and, in some way, the "magic" is a little bit "different", I struggle to keep my eyes open. :) So, if you find some "hiccups" in the video edit, please keep in mind that I might have been half asleep :)

What spray are you using to remove shoe polish from your hands without damaging the beautiful manicure? Also wonder whether you spend more time on beautiful hands/nails than you do polishing shoes?

😊 Plain water helps to remove the majority of shoe polish, and soap get rid of the remaining after the filming.
With set up prior to filming - similar time. Manicure and to filming video is pretty much the same length of time. Xxx
