- Sound Concept Nanuet was given a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 to install Car Play. Not only was this accomplished but it is also wireless. This interface will also do Android Auto and stream video! Please contact me with any questions and thank you for watching.
There are a couple of ways that CarPlay/ Android Auto maybe added. RDV Technologies (561-667-0224) or ZZ2 (877-241-2526) are two companies that have a integrated components that work with the existing Mercedes Benz electronics. There is no modification to your vehicle. I do strongly recommend a professional installation. The so called "Look A Like" radios from China lack a technical support when something does not work. The companies I recommended above have US customer service and support.

Have 2017 glc 300 with navigation and want to know which exact kind of the CarPlay to buy. They have those with factory installed and OEM installed. Confused !

How do you input an address in the navigator? Would a virtual keybd pop up?
Select the navigation app you use. The upper left side of the screen will show a magnifying glass icon for search. Load in the address from the console controller. You may also use the voice command if you have it set up.

The interface is $895 and the shipping would have to be figured out. The installation should be done by a professional shop. My partner is from DR
When you turn back your car, do you have to do all the step allover, or does it start automatic at CarPlay
It stays in the Car Play mode and its just a press and hold on the return button.
