- Today I play the piano cover of a song called 'Meeting Kitty' by Ludwig Emil Tomas Göransson in the soundtrack for Christopher Nolan's latest film, 'Oppenheimer'. This song was heard during the scene when Robert Oppenheimer met his future wife, Katherine Puening for the first time. Similar melodies were also heard in the tracks 'Los Alamos' and 'Kitty Comes To Testify'.
Ludwig Emil Tomas Göransson (/ˈɡɔːrənsən/; Swedish: [ˈlɵ̌dːvɪɡ ˈjœ̂ːranˌsɔn]; born 1 September 1984) is a Swedish composer, conductor, and record producer. He has scored films such as Fruitvale Station, the Rocky franchise entries Creed and Creed II, Venom, and Tenet. He also composed the current fanfares for Warner Bros. Pictures and the new Star Wars brand logo. For his work on the 2018 superhero film Black Panther, he won the Academy Award for Best Original Score and the Grammy Award for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media. He further scored the second Black Panther film, 2022's Wakanda Forever, earning a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Song for 'Lift Me Up' performed by Rihanna.
Oppenheimer is a biographical film written and directed by Christopher Nolan, based on the 2005 book American Prometheus by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin. The film stars Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer, an American theoretical physicist credited with being the 'father of the atomic bomb' for his role in the Manhattan Project-the World War II undertaking that developed the first nuclear weapons, with a supporting ensemble cast that includes Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Benny Safdie, Michael Angarano, Josh Hartnett and Kenneth Branagh. It is a co-production between Universal Pictures, Syncopy Inc. and Atlas Entertainment, with Nolan producing the film alongside Emma Thomas and Charles Roven.

This movie is supposed to be nolan's magnum opus?? What about Inception?? Tenet ?? Memento?? Hello...
Tenet??? Bruh… inception has exposition problems. I’d argue interstellar is his masterpiece.
Dunkirk is Christopher Nolan's magnus opus as it showcases the his vision and style at its absolute best. Its the film that best utilises the way he likes to explore and play with sound and its also the film that masks his greatest weakness which is writing and developing characters as mostly vessels to serve the main event. It is also quite similar to Fritz Lang's silent magnus opus Metropolis (1927) and Stanely Kubrick's magnus opus 2001: A Space Odessey is the sense that the film is a massive visual spectacle with very little dialogue and almost no character development. Even Quinten Tarantino and Paul Thomas Anderson have said its his best film.
