I did basically the same mod, although I think I used smaller grommets. Getting the cable with the connector on the end of it through the grommet was a struggle. But I like the look vs just a jagged hole. I used some kitchen sink weights to make retracting the cords easier.
Yeah, I had to look around for all the right sized parts. Getting the correct size for everything was the hardest part. The Grommets where a big thing for me, as I didn't wait the mod to damage my cab. Thanks for checking out the video. That means the world to me.

I did a very similar mod except I used a trashed soldering iron we had at high temp just to melt a hole in the bottom. Your way is much cleaner. 😁

I did a difficult mod with my T2 and it was to put led lights on each of the guns,. Definitely not for the weak of heart
I'm not sure I want to do that, did you do foxes mod? It looks Cool, but I worry about the lights would distract me.
