I recently had the PVE37 installed in my house. I can now bring in my groceries and do my laundry without the bother of climbing stairs. I'm 72 years old and severely arthritic. My home elevator has made my life much easier.
@@teaceremony2460 I bought the PVE37 3-floor model for $60,000. I paid an additional $15,000 to remove the old stairways and make modifications to the existing house. The elevator has made my life so much easier. It's worth every penny I paid for it.
this is just great, simple, safe, quiet, and it works every time you use it, we have a Stannah and in 6 years it has never worked properly, it tries to move off with doors open, shudders and cranks to a stop, bounces up and down, its crap, they've been out to "fix" it a dozen or so times and nothing they do improves it, worst lift I've ever been in, in fact hoists on sides of buildings during construction are better,
So dare I say... what would happen if the tube cracked? 🙄 or in the event of a sudden loss of vacuum? Is there a ratchet of sorts in place so the elevator doesn’t drop. A safety video would be great.
Hello Craig, Thank you for your interest in our Vacuum Elevators. Our Vacuum Elevators are manufactured using Polycarbonate Panels, which are as close to bullet proof as you can get. So the fear of a panel "cracking" is very limited and just note that our Polycarbonate panels can be replaced if damage occurs. In the event of Vacuum loss or if electricity shuts off while in operation, the cabin will gently lower to the ground floor due to gravity. In the event of a catastrophic failure or a drastic change in pressure cause by a puncture in the polycarbonate, there are mechanical safety breaks underneath the seal which latch within 2 inches of free fall and secure the cabin in place. Our Vacuum Elevators have been on the market for 18 years, are fully certified and safety approved in all 50 states and in 90+ countries. Can this be used for building having ground+3 floors+terrace with each floor having 3m height? How much horizontal area will be consumed by this lift? Can persons or load weighing totally upto 250 kg & upto 6 feet tall use this lift?
I’ve been designing a home to build in Thailand. Four story houses are very common and I wanted to use one of these, but because of the heat, ceilings are higher than nine feet to make the rooms cooler. I’m don’t think this will work, besides there are advantages to having a standard home elevator. The standard model sells for $25,000 less and it will carry more than two people. The Problem with the standard model is that you must build a concrete wall to carry it and you need space on the ground floor as a machine room.

Why are you worried about what color the person is in the advertisement? I am literally sitting here staring at the work being done to install my elevator. It is really awesome! You should look into getting one for your home. I think you will love it! This is a black woman's endorsement.

Amazing! Could I get a budget estimate for 1 person model, for 3 floors, in Canada?
With a house like that they can obviously afford the exhortation costs..
