This being one of my favorite songs in the fandom, I decided it was time to do my own rendition of it. Aviators is one of the most talented songwriters I know, and his song was instantly relatable when I first heard it. It's sometimes hard to imagine there's anyone else out there who you can relate with, which is something I found hard in my own life. At times it's not an easy feat to find the courage and trust to let someone get to know you.

This is such a beautiful re-imagining, and your vocals give this song everything it could ever need. Your performance here is breathtaking.

@@Zahn-rad It can actually be a little unfair to some musicians who started in the fandom, since most fans want them to keep doing pony music, and it makes some feel like they'd be shunned or shamed for moving on and seeking new opportunities with music. The reason many have moved on is because there are bigger things out there for them, like Mando working with NateWantsToBattle, Tombstone gaining more followers from FNAF audiences, and so on.
@@4everfreebrony I understand where you're coming from, but it can also be unfair for fans, like NyxtheShield, who went on to make it big in the Undertale fandom, and had confirmed his name was based on Past Sins, but never made any music in regards to Nyx or Past Sins.

The point of that was to leave it up to the creator. Not to demand, so that if they choose to make it again they would feel someone like me would happily welcome them back. I was trying to extend an olive branch, not made a ransom. I know it's easy to villify fans these days but I was trying to be nice, not evil.
This song is very relatable to a lot of people who have or still are going through Depression, loneliness, helplessness, etc. and I for one can definitely relate to this song

I remember listening to this song for the first time back when I lived in Germany. I was probably 10 or 11 at the time, I'm not really sure, but it just made me so happy everytime I listened it. It's been some six years since then and hearing it reimagined is flooding nostalgia through my very being. Thank you so much for this divine gift Garrison!

I just realized this song was here, and someone brought it up to me after realizing how hard of a time I was having. I feel like I resonate with this song more than I think. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I've always believed others only say that.

As weird as it was, hearing Aviators original version of this back in 2013 was when I first accepted I was gay and I was in such a bad place in my life.
Now with this cover being released, I'm in such a better place with with my bf (we celebrated our first year anniversary recently). Idk why I'm saying all this, nobody really cares but...its just that this song means so much to me and somehow you made it even better than the original. Can't wait to buy the album soon
Of course we care. It's amazing to hear that we're all listening to one song, yet we all relate to it in a completely different life situation. I kind of understand how you feel, too, as being a different sexual orientation or anything like that can make you feel isolated from the world when you don't know "someone like you", and often it's hard to find someone like you. But I'm glad to hear things worked out! :)

How many different ways are there to say something is wonderful? Meh, they all kinda blend together after a while. So just know that this is a lovely, wonderful, piece of music, and I loved listening to it, even if I can't think of a unique way to state it.

I can't believe it took me this long to hear this song. I have listened to a number of Aviators songs but I guess I stopped paying attention when this one came out of something. It definitely strikes a note that I can relate to personally part of that is definitely due to the way you performed it. Though I do hope that it helps others who are experiencing such things by giving them even a small amount of hope of confidence. I know how difficult it can be be, it's something I am still struggling with, so I honestly do hope someone can take something positive from this.

Today I was really angry at my dog. You (whoever is reading this) have to know that a pessimistic person and I tend to see only the bad side of the day, but while I was listening this I remembered all the actual good memories I had with my little doggie! I was genualy crying during the song and seeing all those beautiful memories I have of her. I'm really glad I listened this song, I'll try my best to see more often the good side of life and now, if you'll excuse me, I think I have to give lots of love to my little doggie.

I love this song. "I can't be the only one." I found the original sometime ago, and then I found some friends who shared the same interests as myself.
Wow, I'm really confused why I haven't met this song earlier. That's a really beautiful piece, I love how it sounds, especially the chorus, but most of all - the lyrics. Probably one of the best song texts I ever heard. Btw, where can I find the chords? I had some guitar lessons a long time ago and dropped it, but this thing is surely worth trying to learn to play.
