    Written Recipe for Gobhi Paratha
    For Dough
    Ingredients:
    •Wheat Flour (Atta) 2 Cup
    •Salt (Namak) 1/2 tbsp
    •Oil 2 tbsp
    •Water As required
    •Oil 1/2 tbsp
    Direction:
    •In a bowl, add Wheat Flour, Salt and Oil, and mix well.
    •Now add Water, mix and knead well until Dough is formed.
    •Now Grease dough with Oil, cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
    For Stuffing
    Ingredients:
    •Ginger (Adrak) 1 inch
    •Chopped Onion (Piyaz) 1 medium
    •Cauliflower (Phool Gobhi) 1/2 Kg
    •Carom Seeds (Ajwain) 1/2 tsp
    •Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1/2 tsp
    •Amchur Powder 1/2 tsp
    •Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
    •Coriander Powder (Dhanya Powder) 1 tsp
    •Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) 1 tsp
    •Grated Ginger
    •Chopped Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) 20
    •Chopped Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 1 tbsp
    •Coriander Leaves (Kotmir) 3 tbsp
    •Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
    •Squeeze Onion
    •Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste
    Direction:
    •In a Plate, add Ginger and Grate it.
    •In a plate, add Chopped Onion and Squeeze excess water and separate it into a plate.
    •In a plate, Grate Cauliflower and Squeeze excess water and separate it into a plate.
    •Now add Carom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Amchur Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Grated Ginger, Chopped Curry Leaves, Chopped Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Kasuri Methi and Squeeze Onion, Mix well.
    •Add salt later while preparing paratha.
    For Gobhi Paratha
    Ingredients:
    •Dough
    •Gobhi Mixture 2 tbsp
    •Wheat Flour
    •Oil
    •Butter
    Direction:
    •After resting, knead the dough once again, and divide the dough in equal dough balls.
    •Coat the dough balls with dry flour and flatten it with hands.
    •Use your thumb and finger to make a cup shape keeping the centre a bit thick, add wholesome of Gobhi Mixture and press the ends together with other fingers.
    •Coat it with dry wheat flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
    •Set a hot tawa on medium heat, put the uncooked paratha over the hot tawa and cook it briefly from one side until light golden brown, flip and cook again briefly.
    •Now apply Oil and cook on both the sides until it starts to fluff and the paratha turns nice golden brown in colour.
    •Gobhi Paratha is ready to serve.
    •Garnish it with some Butter.
    •Server it with Dahi.
