It's a fan-video contest entry for a cult sci-fi/horror themed rock band - considering the do-it-yourself nature of that sort of project, the build-it-in-your-garage budget that the video's production would be limited to, and the cast-of-neighborhood-friends actors that would be involved, this is pretty darned imaginative and fairly well-made. It's never going to stand up to the sort of video that would be made by some big-name pop act with millions of dollars in their budget, naturally, but I don't think it would have anything like the charm that it has if it were given that sort of big-budget treatment....
Better than anything I've seen on Netflix... Well done!
Loving the video, the production values are great, the visual designs are brilliantly done, and the cast is all sorts of fun to watch
O M Ffin G. That is all sorts of brilliant!
this video is a nice nod to legit lovecraft creepiness and also plan 9, nice work. fun.
This is outstanding!!!!
Wonderful vid, Great job!

Fun Stuff.
I am a stumbly engine of doom!
+1 :)
that spaceship looks a lot like Tintin's
Wait, was that a Jonny Quest scene at the end?
I think so. The Darkest likes to use Johnny Quest intros at times, so this guy just thought it would be appropriate to use one here.
it's an okay song, but this video is just horrible.
i disagree. video is of highest wuality
