Grizzly River Run on-ride 5K POV @60fps Disney California Adventure

This river rapids ride is similar to Kali River Rapids in Disney's Animal Kingdom n Florida, but distinctive as the rafts are engineered to spin as they descend chutes. The attraction's name comes from Grizzly Peak, the bear shaped mountain that the rapids flow around.

We should all appreciate how Disney is committed to theming on their rides. It’s not like there was a small mountain/hill sitting next to Disneyland. This ride was created on what used to be part of the Disneyland parking lot. They literally built this ride from the ground up!

Originally they were going to add special effects and animatronics to the ride but Michael Eisner had to cut 50% of the budget when he was done with the final concept of Disney's California adventure in 1997. So unfortunately this ride had to deal with the same fate which is why it's kind of boring.
