Recently bought one 2 weeks ago and it did not come with the center bolt you demonstrated. I feel this would be super simple to include for $300, right?

Thank you for business and for taking the time to comment. Currently the price of our Final Scope Level is $200, but it will be increasing to $250. We do not include the 3/8 x 24 Hex bolt with the kit because the 3/8 x 24 Hex Bolt is only used when customers are installing them on the SAC Multi-Base. We have a hardware kit that we sell that includes the appropriate 3/8 x 24 bolt and other mounting hardware, but again it is sold when the customer is also buying the SAC Multi-Base. If you were looking to source the bolt locally, it would be a 3/8 x 24 Hex Bolt with 1.5" long threads. (www.mcmaster.com/92865A219/).

@@ShortActionCustoms Thanks. Can you post the link to your 'hardware kit?' Tried searching on the site, didn't see it. I have two SAC Multi-Base (which is awesome, btw).
