I love my fossil watch so much and was desperately looking to fix this issue. I talked to someone at fossil store and the guy said there is something wrong with the battery. Thank goodness I saw your video before taking it for the unnecessary repair. Thanks man
Thanks for posting this. I had a similar problem, and although my watch was the same, after pulling the crown out, I had to press both top and bottom buttons at the same time, then I could adjust the tach dials with the top & bottom individually. Super appreciate this video!
Thank you for helping because I have a CH-2314 and it’s bulky but I understood what you were saying. Mine was completely paused, but with a little bit of fidgeting like holding on the button, I got it thank you.

This might be why my 2573's chrono function stopped working 5 or 6 years back. I have been replacing the battery and the second hand, hour, minute hands and date have always worked perfectly. When I replace the battery and start wearing the watch again I will remember this fix and give it a try.
Hi there, I have a similar watch, the Fossil CH2519 series. My watch became damaged after replacing the battery at a watch store. Currently, the watch is still functioning, but the seconds subdial frequently gets stuck, causing the hand to stop moving. When I pull or push the crown, the subdial starts running again. However, this only lasts for 1-5 minutes before getting stuck again. What could be the issue with my watch? I am willing to send it to you for repair since it is my first watch that I cherish. Thank you.
I'm sorry to hear that, Rio. I don't do much repair work with watches so I'm not sure what's wrong. Maybe there's another watch store in town that's better skilled than the first one!
That top dial shows the fractions of a second, or two seconds in this case. Let's say you start the timer and when you stop it you see the bottom dial hand pointing to 6 seconds and the top dial hand pointing to the "05 marking to the right". This means 6.5 seconds. Now let's say you start the timer and when you stop it the bottom dial is pointing to 16-17 seconds (you' re not sure) and the top dial hand is pointing to the "05 marking to the left". This means 17.5 seconds because the top dial hand pointing to the left means an odd number of seconds have passed.
Can i adjust the chronograph second hand and minute hand individually. my second hand is in 0 position but my minute hand is slighly off. my fossil is FS4656IE Thanks
The tachymeter function works best for other watches, where the chronograph uses the "big" second hand. Basically you measure a specific event and where the second hand stops you will see on the tachymeter scale how many of those events happen in an hour. This was particularly useful in racing, you would measure the time it takes you to travel 1km (by using the indicators on the side of the road for instance) and the tachymeter would show you the speed in km/h. For example if you travel a km in exactly 30seconds your speed is 120km/h, as shown by the tachymeter.

Hi can someone help here...the seconds chronograph which is at the top stops after a min, is it intentinal?

How to use the first stopwatch that counts 05sec? Thanks ☺️

Very helpful video.. I have a CH2601, can you tell what is the use of tachymeter and how to use it?

Is there 24 hour setting
My 24-hour dial is not aligned with the 12-hour dial. Is it possible to calibrate the 24-hour dial with a 12-hour dial(main dial)?
I would imagine it's possible. What model watch do you have?

What should i do if I push it and they doesn't spin?
Not sure about that. I don't do much in the way of watch repair. Maybe check that the battery is good.
thanx🙂
bro what a watch better for running ,i dont find yet ,
For running, you can't beat the Casio F-91W. It's like wearing nothing at all.

How about battery life??????
I've found batteries don't last long in this watch, and I have to change them often. I'd say maybe every year or two.
My fossil watch is lagging everytime i reste the time. After 3-4 days, it gets delayed by 15 minutes, what to do?
No idea. Maybe the battery needs replacement?
If that doesn't work, what can i do, i have a jr1401
Not sure. This is all the info I have from the manual.
Bro is it ch2599 or ch2599i ? Tell me
CH2599
@@grmlab4510 does it have any radium??
