Sec 24 says confession caused by inducement, threat or promise, when irrelevant in criminal proceedings....... whereas Sec 25 says "No confession made to a police officer shall be proved as against a person accused of any offence"......in sec 25 it particularly talks about confession made to police.....Hope you understand.

Kyunki jo domain ka portion hai ushmey political science aur baaki arts key subject diyay gayay mujhay bilkul v acha nhi lga vo
