💪🏿I’m 45, I’m told I look much younger. Until I was hit by a car on my morning bike ride a few years ago, I felt like I was in my 20s, and after being hit, I feel 30s. My overall health is good. No major surguries, or any health complications! 💪🏿

Dang dude.......i know what you mean tho. I'm in my 30s and i still feel like im 19, yet it far better shape than when I was 19. Folks think I'm in my 20s when they see me, yet think I'm a boomer when they read my comments. I'm unusual lol

@@2ndstreetmarvel and having seen you on Instagram I would have guessed you in your late twenties early thirties. You definitely have young looking skin but I guess that's what Whole Foods does to people because of the appropriate protein to fat ratio

Let me start by saying I'm 59 years old, 14 months ago I had a heart attack I was 70 lb overweight smoking three packs of cigarettes a day.
My diet was a steady flow of fast food primarily Wendy's Burger King and McDonald's.
In the last year I've lost approximately 60 lb and about 6 months ago I started resistance training I came across mine pump about 3 months ago and wow these guys have changed my life and helped me so much.
I've learned about biological and chronological ages fromDr Mark Hyman.
I'm anxious to get this done as I've quit cigarettes lost the weight and now I eat cleaner than a whistle.
Thank you again Sal Adam Justin for your very insightful information that has facilitated my weight resistance Journey so far.
I will be getting this test done using your discount code

For YEARS, I have been trying to cut and cut to get the last bit of fat off of my body since I shrank down from 120KG to 70KG skinny fat. I am now trying your advice to build muscle and just focus and the strength, eat whole foods, and sleep right. I can say that this has been the best feeling I've ever had in my fitness journey.

I’m almost 56. Last year when I turned 55 it was like somebody flipped a switch and everything, and I mean everything, started breaking down and going downhill 😢 gained weight like crazy. Hired a trainer just to find out after 4 months that all my efforts were in vain because my body was not responding to anything because of hormones and poor sleep. Got with a functional medicine practitioner three months ago and still waiting on seeing results. It’s like my body just quit. And I too feel like quitting. This shit ain’t cheap and of course not covered by insurance 😠

Generally, 10,000 steps is only 5 miles which means most of our ancestors never had a single problem reaching that step count every day yet they never had to think about it and people today realistically have zero excuses. Here's an easy one, if you go for a post-meal walk and simply go for maybe 15 minutes you could reach a mile and with three meals a day on average for people that's 3 miles a day so you only have to set aside a half hour or so to get the other two miles in. Some people will go for a 2-mile walk first thing in the morning and sometimes people will go for a 5-mile walk first thing in the morning and these are the people that are no longer addicted to caffeine because their blood gives them energy, naturally

    Hello MPS.
So im stuck in a pretty awful situation with my current body image and my relationship to workout and food. No matter what i do, i haven't been able to lose the 10kg of weight (mostly fat) which i have gained very rapidly out of no where. To cut it short, i really need your input on the diet im thinking of starting. It involves a toral of 93g of protein (all from natural source) and no grains as i feel thay quitting them may help with relief iny early hypothyroid symptoms - a total of 1200 calories approx, daily. Im want to reverse doet as my calorie intake have been pretty low for the longest time, and also very inconsistent . So ill start with this 1200 diet and increase 100 cal per week. Since this is the first time im starting reverse dieting and i feel like i struggle with understanding the concept fully, i want to know from you guys if this is the right approach and strategy? If not, then what do you suggest. Would really appreciate your response.

04:48 so it's total BS, then. If it's not standardized, then they say what they want, 'cos they can always underpin it with their own methods with reasoning "well, that's how we do it". Also, the majority of the population isn't healthy, so it's easy and maybe not yet optimal to be better than the average...that average is sick...

06:02 snakeoil.... "likely" is a word that inferes causality. There's no scientific way to establish "risk, causality, etc." in humans towards a hard health outcome like ASCVD or anything else in the literature. Not one! Why? Well, are you able to do interventional experiments on humans during a meaningful period of time? NO, not ethically, financially, not practically. So that's why.

The results doesn't surprise me a bit.
Half the time i wonder if Justins brain is even on.
Not because i think he is stupid by any means, but because he is is so carefree and happy all the time.
Just got his chin up and a big dumb smile.
He is casual but even rough times he's just chill and makes jokes about the situation.
Adam is the most serious, tends to over think.
Sal is very similar but jokes a lot more.
Doug has a lot on his plate.
It wouldn't surprise me if the biggest factor was stress.
While Sal, Adam and Doug are seeing metaphorical equations in their head with every talking point.
Justin probably sees a dancing monkey. 🤣
