There is a hobbit hut where you can get the one ring. It makes your invisible, but I think there's some relation to the volcano, I just haven't come across the volcano in my game yet.

Go to the Octopus Statue and grab a car. Take the car of the jump over the Octopus. If you hit its head with the car, you will make the Octopus arms spin around forever.
