OMG, when you asked if where/how he grew up affected his creative aesthetic! He nailed it TO. A. TEE!! Mine was 70s and 80s in suburban Detroit, then rural southern Ohio...and we didn't always have access to our creative inspirations at our fingertips back then.

OMG I felt the same way about "Love American Style" as a child when it was on TV. I kept thinking that I shouldn't be watching this, but it was on in like the middle of the afternoon where I lived. I guess it was for all the stay-at-home mom's back in the 70s.
Love this podcast series. I look forward to them every Monday!
It was great to see Christian a little more involved in the discussion on this episode. I mean, I came to this podcast originally because of Mindy whom I have adored as an actor since her start on "Facts of Life", but I've grown fond of Christian in this series as well after 4 seasons.
Keep up the great work! It's so refreshing to see how down to earth so many of these actors are for those of us not in show business.
*Also - we're all waiting to hear about when you get your "Misery" role or your horror movie death scene part!!!* I still remember watching the first "Scream" movie and Drew Barrymore dying in the first 10 minutes of the film and thinking to myself that the decision to kill off a very well-known actor in the first 10 minutes of a horror movie was completely unexpected and brilliant.
