Ingredients -
350 grams Kerda/Kair
As required Water
As required Khatta Pani (Instead of Khatta Pani you can take sour butter milk)
1 Cup Mustard Dal/Rai Na Kuriya
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp or as per taste Salt
1 tsp Asafoetida/Hing
¼ Cup Groundnut Oil
¼ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
Store it upto one year on room temperature & two years under the refrigerator in airtight glass jar

હજુ ૪-૫ દિવસ છાશમાં રાખો, કારણકે હવે કેરડાની સીઝન પુરી થવા આવી એટલે પાકટ કેરડા હોય તો તેની છાલ અને બીજ પ્રમાણમાં જાડા હોય એટલે આથવામાં ૧૮-૨૦ દિવસ લાગી શકે છે.
અથાણાં માટે ની સ્પેશિયલ હીંગ ક્યાં થી મળે
કરિયાણા ની દુકાને રસની હીંગ કહેવાનું અથવા આખો હિંગડો ઘરે લાવીને તેને પીસીને પણ હીંગ પાવડર બનાવી ઉપયોગમાં લઇ શકાય છે.
