Jimmy Page complained once that they were ripping off riffs and such...didn't he do the same thing in his era? Influence is very important in the development of an artist and should not be frowned upon.
I never dreamed I'd live to see the day when great music such as the kind these guys make would be in the minority. Few and far between are bands like this nowadays. I never thought I'd actually see Rock and Roll gasping for breath in its death throes. Nothing last forever. Time for me to be headin on in anyway. Should have heard Lenny's previous solo effort which has the song "religion needs no winner." I've been a Lenny Wolf and Kingdom Come fan since the first Kingdom Come album(when I was young). I knew of his stargazer song, but I felt that Lenny for the most part kept his religion to himself, and I know that some Christians(one religion) are not so messianic. It's still a little fascinating that Lenny has chosen to face some harsh reality and ask burning questions.
