When Mel was not receptive to reuniting Martel began to get nasty and malicious and started to prop the side chick up (the one with the baby on the way) and put Mel down. She was quiet and composed but he kept going on and on until he got a response from her. Yes she threw a glass that hit the ground and broke. They are divorced which puts them in a different situation but in the place they are at now, he refuses to respect her and her boundaries in addition to trying to take the kids from her because she will not do what he wants her to do. He tries to manipulate, control, and gaslight her and still tries to get back with her (not because he loves her but Martel misses the lifestyle). Until this is cleared up doing things together is impossible and you will not use "for the sake of the kids" as a control tactic. This woman tried to use a co-parenting counselor but he stopped going.
You didn't need to plan another party. Just pick your daughter up and spend one on one time with her.
